Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Laurent-de-la-Salanque

Dream home facing the sea and 30m from a beautiful sandy cove. Well equipped accommodation for children with an umbrella bed and high chair. Once the car is parked we did everything on foot( running at 6min, collioure at 20min) and especially beach at 20seconds ^^! We'll be back for sure!

Ideally located, with exceptional views, very comfortable, with a very appreciable underground parking space, this accommodation allows you to stay in Canet in optimal conditions. the apartment was very clean when we arrived, and our host was particularly responsive and friendly during our exchanges.

The accommodation is really superb, bright, very beautiful and very well furnished, the panoramic view of the sea is breathtaking, very large terrace, and all this close to everything. We had a pleasant stay, I will not hesitate to rent your apartment again for my next holiday. What a beautiful place! It’s a complete haven for a lovely chilled out seaside break. Firstly the apartment looked exactly like the listing. It’s well equipped with everything you need. Our 3 year old loved the toys that were available for her to use, such a lovely touch. The hosts are charming and very responsive. It’s in a perfect spot with a lovely pool, beautiful gardens and perfect access to the beach - which is gorgeous with a calm sea - you could walk out for ages! There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby too we really enjoyed it and will be back!

I would recommend the place. The apartment has an exceptional view of Port-Vendres. The apartment is simply decorated and it's very pretty. Peaceful neighborhood but high up with steep roads to access the accommodation, there is a parking space for the accommodation which is great. Great communication with hosts who are responsive and accommodating if needed. No bed or bath linen available Note: for people with asthma or respiratory problems, the apartment is super humid and can cause problems especially in the rooms that are on the cliff side, fortunately the air conditioning helps to purify the air!

Gaëlle is a very responsive host and her listing is as described. It is decorated with great care and it feels like home. A little extra, for the terrace that allowed us to enjoy the sun ☀️ This property is fully equipped to host family and / or friends. I would highly recommend this rental. We had a beautiful week stay at Graham and Jeanette's home. The kitchen and common areas are well appointed and comfortable, and we loved the design of the house and outdoor /pool area. The views of Lagrasse are stunning. We could have spent another week enjoying the house and the fantastic village!

Pleasant accommodation, quiet, in a very nice setting, the garden is beautiful. Comfort bedding, small but sufficient kitchen for us 2. It takes a car to go to the beach and shop. Very happy with our stay

Never given a 5 star review for everything before but Christophe deserves it hands down. Everything we needed was available in the property and Christophe supplied all the information from how to use to local attractions. He even visited to welcome us 😊. I would without hesitation recommend both Christophe and his lovely property and would rebook without a second thought.

Antonia’s place is located in the heart of Leucate, a beautiful village that has tons of things to do ! Location is great, 2 min from a delicious bakery, 3 min from the main square, yet it is quiet. The people, the food, the wine, the weather, la belle vie ! The place is comfortable, has a beautiful terrace and makes you feel right at home. We had everything we needed for our stay in Leucate. Thank you Antonia for this beautiful stay, we will come back !

A very well located apartment close to the city while being located in a quiet area. The view and the environment are beautiful, the equipment of the apartment and terrace is very very complete. we had a very nice stay the apartment was nice with a large balcony and a magnificent view the services offered are great with heated outdoor indoor pool and close to the beach and the restaurant on site where we ate very well we had a nice time and a great holiday

The place is very nice for walking and relaxing, so it is very touristy. Parking spaces can usually be found nearby. Apartment very nicely renovated. Perfect for 4 people. In the photos (bedroom) larger than in reality. Unfortunately, too little storage (only 5 hangers) and drawers were occupied by bed linen, etc. Steep staircase. Veranda sufficient for 4 people. Unfortunately, no parasol is available. Alison (cleaning assistant, but she organised one for us.🫶🏻) "Mr. Dyson" lived with us in the living room...🥲 otherwise everything is good.

We really had a great stay at David and Teri's who are exceptional hosts: a warm welcome and great kindness, thoughtful, with special touches that touched us a lot. David and Teri are also very responsive if needed throughout the stay. Their accommodation is very nice, comfortable, very well equipped with everything you need, and very clean. The orientation is perfect: the terrace has a superb view of the sea and we were treated to magnificent sunsets. The location of this accommodation is ideal: 5 minutes' drive from the centre of Banyuls, also possible on foot, and a few minutes' walk from one of the most beautiful local coves. Also bring a mask and snorkel as it is part of the Cerbère-Banyuls marine nature reserve. So we were able to swim in the company of magnificent fish and an octopus! 🐙 We therefore recommend this accommodation without hesitation! Once again, thank you for everything.

The accommodation is super spacious, and very clean. The host is very responsive which allowed us to extend our stay in Saint Cyprien. I recommend it 100%, even for a small family ☺️

Excellent stay at Rudy and Vanessa's. The accommodation is perfectly located, very clean and very well equipped. Quiet with all amenities within walking and cycling distance... beach, shops, several activities nearby. Communication was impeccable with Vanessa who is caring with her guests and gives good advice.
