impeccable accommodation, good bedding, it is quiet and 300m from the beach. Jessica was responsive and very accommodating for schedules as there was no one before/after. frankly nothing to complain about, or if you look for it, the VMC is a little noisy but you can't hear it at all from the bedroom, that's the most important thing. i would highly recommendit!

When we arrived we had a small problem with the front door with code. The case was not working. A neighbour opened the door for us. The apartment is very nice, superb and quiet view. Well maintained. Beautiful beach with fine sand 100 metres from the apartment. Advantage of a closed and easily accessible garage. Thank you Véronique for the little welcome gift. We had a wonderful stay. We came with our two young children the first week of June, we had an excellent holiday there was everything nearby on foot whether it was the beach, the seawater pool at the top for the children, the market 10 15 minutes on foot, the house has everything you need it is very clean accessible from both sides to the beach we had a great time as a family. Thank you very much, I would like to point out that the place is extremely quiet as we went no noise in the evening which allowed us to rest well and if necessary the rooms in the afternoon for the children perfect.

Very good accommodation ideally located facing the port

The place is very nice for walking and relaxing, so it is very touristy. Parking spaces can usually be found nearby. Apartment very nicely renovated. Perfect for 4 people. In the photos (bedroom) larger than in reality. Unfortunately, too little storage (only 5 hangers) and drawers were occupied by bed linen, etc. Steep staircase. Veranda sufficient for 4 people. Unfortunately, no parasol is available. Alison (cleaning assistant, but she organised one for us.🫶🏻) "Mr. Dyson" lived with us in the living room...🥲 otherwise everything is good.

Great stay at Genevieve's place. The apartment is very well located, barely 5 minutes' walk from the pine beach. And only 10 minutes' walk from the waterfront where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. The accommodation has many amenities that make sure you don't miss anything on arrival. The bed is extremely comfortable. No complaints, ideal for enjoying the sea!

Very clean and cozy apartment, with everything you need to feel good. Places available at the bottom of the building everything is perfect. Accommodation close to the beach, shops, restaurants etc.

The apartment was super well appointed and fully met my expectations. Since I was there in the low season, it was very quiet and relaxing. The balcony with sea view is amazing. I got my questions very quickly and Stephane was very courteous with the arrival time, as there were no guests there before me. Thank you

Had a great stay at Jeanine and Astrid's apartment ☀️ The lagoon view is stunning. Access to the beach and pool 2 minutes away was much appreciated ✨ Jeanine and Astrid were very responsive and available (their absence was not a problem at all) The concierge is also very available and someone was on site to welcome and show themselves when needed It was a real pleasure!

Very nice apartment, in a quiet residence, with swimming pool and tennis court, very well equipped. 5 minutes' drive to the beach. Self check-in and very clear instructions to access the accommodation.

This is a lovely, well equipped apartment with a beautiful private garden. It is very well situated in easy walking distance of the shops, the beach and the village centre in Le Bacarès, where there’s lots going on - we intended to hire a car but we didn’t need one. David and Karine were very helpful and friendly hosts. We really enjoyed our stay is this beautiful part of France. Highly recommended!

We had a great time, ideal apartment for 2 couples, very nice services, duplex with beautiful volumes, very bright. Beautiful terrace. If we return to gruissan, we will not hesitate to return to your apartment.
