Everything was perfect. The place is super functional . There's nothing missing. The location is great. The proximity to the waves is awesome. The views are breathtaking. The cleanliness of the accommodation was perfect; a big thank you to Pascal for his kindness but also for the skill and seriousness of the maintenance teams. In April 2025, we spent an exceptional family week. The hardest part is to leave because we miss everything.

Our stay at Jean Guy's was very relaxing and soothing for us. The proximity to the sea, the quiet of the neighborhood, and the outdoor terrace contributed very strongly. When we arrived the apartment was very clean, Jean guy had just been there. It is well equipped, although it lacks a toaster and a large tray to carry everything during a meal on the terrace. The mezzanine is a very good size, and has large storage. If I want to return to this region, I will call on Jean Guy again. Thank you.

Hello Alain - a wonderful holiday in Barcaras has come to an end. As you can see from the rating, everything was great. Marie welcomed us very nicely and looked after us. Thanks to Marie. Since everything was in order in your house, I was very happy to replace the cups so that everything is in order.:-)For us 2 with dog, the house was suitable. Unusual for us Germans the small bed - but that is in the description. The interior is all top as described. The stairs are very steep, so you should be fit. The location - wow just great. THE view of the sea and the tranquility. But it was also pre-season and nothing was happening. Brioche our dog also gives a thumbs up and heart as a rating. Alain you have found and created a little paradise. Thank you so much for letting us stay with you.

Overall we had a nice stay. The instructions for accessing the accommodation are very clear and you need them because all the accommodation looks the same. The proximity to the beach is really an advantage and the host recommended a restaurant where we ate very well. Thank you again. Parking nearby and possibility in front of the house. Liliane was responsible and full of good intentions. I recommend this house which is perfect for a good holiday. Great location.

Great apartment with a breathtaking view. We were able to admire the sunrise (5:30 in the morning ^^) with the view of the sea from the sofa. Super well equipped with a parking space in the residence. Really not disappointed and I will come back if I pass through the region!

We felt right at home. We particularly liked the shutters in the bedrooms and the insect protection in front of the windows. The air conditioning in the individual rooms was also good. The kitchen was great and equipped with many utensils. The house is in a quiet location and you can quickly walk to the beach. We will gladly spend our holiday here again.

The reception by Alain and Nathalie upon our arrival in Calmeille and the introduction to our "new home" was very reliable and committed. During our stay, we got to know them as extremely helpful, warm, generous and also discreet people. The house is really beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable there right away. It is perfectly equipped with everything that belongs to a successful stay, but without appearing overloaded. It is one of the top three of the many Airbnb accommodations we have visited. We enjoyed the hikes recommended by Alain in the immediate vicinity of the house. Simply brilliant, these pure nature experiences! We highly recommend the accommodation to all who love peace and seclusion in nature.
