The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

The accommodation offered by Thierry is really very good. The possibility of using the jacuzzi as you want and its location in the garden (sheltered and cozy) are a real plus. Thierry is easy to contact and very pleasant, it is a pleasure to stay in his accommodation.

Upon our arrival, JP was there to welcome us, smiling, kind and friendly. He introduced us to the place, which was completely in line with the description of the listing. During our stay he was very discreet although always available to our requests. If you are looking for a very clean, quiet and pleasant resort, close to the sea and the centre of Royan. Words cannot describe how peaceful and relaxing our stay was at Patrice’s home. Our dogs absolutely loved the big backyard and my husband and I loved being in such a cozy and comfortable home. We spent 3 days in Annie's accommodation, very nice and being a golfer, it's very well located for the Rochefort Ocean golf course Annie is very welcoming and warm. I really recommend her little house.

We found a little paradise! Quiet in a cul-de-sac. This small house with its terrace is really very nice, well equipped and ideally located (market 10 minutes, bike paths) and as a bonus a parking space for the car. Thank you again for hosting us. Sandrine, thank you so much!! The accommodation is niquel, balcony overlooking the sea. A dedicated parking space and then, after all, is on foot. I highly recommend if you want to spend a disconnected evening facing the sea!!

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good advice even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a great time thanks to Patricia and Joel's absolutely exceptional cottage…! We had 3 children under 5 and everything was suitable and made for them: games for each of their ages, books, a small desk to be able to draw and tinker, board games, puzzle. But above all the garden was beautiful and also did not lack activities for children with the treehouse, trampoline and swings... The bikes left at our disposal were a real luxury, and allowed us to discover all the surrounding paths! The kids (and parents too!!) were particularly touched by their little surprise/checkout gift! Another huge thank you for these small touches, for your discretion and kindness. We treasure the address and recommend 200%!

Small quiet and peaceful village, perfect for relaxing and resting. Nice house with all amenities surrounded by a beautiful garden. We were also able to enjoy a very nice indoor pool. Recommended for people who love nature.

Lovely property. Fantastic pool. We were a family of 8 + child and it was very comfortable. Close to Cognac and an hours drive from pool. Welcoming and responsive hosts. Definitely recommend.

Thanks to Sophie for her warm welcome, kind attention and good advice! We had a great week in this beautiful, quiet and green place. By bike, we took great rides between the ocean and the Seudre marsh. The pool, rooftop, large garden and studio itself are very nice. We'll be happy to go back!

The cottage has a large terrace and huge garden, there's ample parking space which we used for a BBQ for my local friends. Marie, also knowing these people joined us, a very agreeable evening. The place is very convenient for me when I come down to visit these friends, who are from the UK but lived in France for many years. I can easily walk into the village and enjoy an evening with them without worrying about having a little too much wine. The accommodation is very large, very well equipped, good WIFI, I was able to use my laptop to stay informed and listen to Classic FMM when I wished. All in all a very enjoyable stay and I will be coming down again, circumstances permitting, always an issue for octogenarians.

The place is beautiful. The forest is nearby. Hot water should be used with caution. No hot water tank. Everything is great otherwise.

The apartment is located in a very pleasant environment close to the owners' house but at the same time completely independent and without neighbours. Impeccable, clean and perfectly equipped accommodation. We enjoyed the pool. Welcoming and attentive hosts. We strongly recommend
