Bienvenue à Perlée Mer, notre maison familiale. Nous avons imaginé ce lieu comme une parenthèse pour se retrouver, respirer et découvrir Marennes et son lac d’eau de mer à 50m de la maison. Idéal pour profiter de la baignade en toute sécurité, sans vagues ni baïnes. Plage surveillée en juillet / août avec activités nautiques proposées ( paddle, kayak …) Distributeur à baguettes à 2 pas, ainsi que 2 restaurants . À découvrir aux alentours : la Tremblade, Ronce-les-bains, l’île d’Oléron…

Cottage close to the sea

Small 40 m² house located 10 minutes from the beaches in the small village of St Just Luzac close to all amenities. The house is comfortable with a bedroom with a 160 bed and in the living room a 140 sofa bed. Equipped kitchenette (Senseo, Kettle, Oven...) Your car will be parked in our parking lot, closed by a sliding gate in front of the accommodation. The accommodation is independent and is located at the other end of our property, it is fully fenced for comfort and total privacy.

We offer a 2021 renovated home in a quiet area. Parking is available in a closed private courtyard.
