We had a great time. Everything was in perfect condition, clean and carefully maintained. The equipment is of very good quality and designed for the comfort of travellers — nothing is missing. The house is also ideally located, which allowed us to fully enjoy the surroundings. A big thank you to our host for hosting us and for his availability. We would definitely recommend this listing!

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

We had a lovely weekend at Dany's cottage. The charm is effective upon arrival, an old building tastefully renovated and all the comforts you need. Dany is an available, responsive and friendly host. We recommend her cottage to discover this beautiful region!

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Fab place. We loved the use of the kayaks, and the pool was great. Very comfy beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only a 6 mins drive to a hypermarket and very quiet roads . Tony was very helpful and friendly. We would come again. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent family stay in a very nice house! The bedding is of high quality, and the indoor pool is really superb. Everything is perfectly safe for children, which is very reassuring. Clean, tidy "cabin spirit" accommodation. Bright, spacious, exotic accommodation. Many activities around to do such as visit the citadel and the city of Château d'Oleron, the beach and many paths in the woods.

On a business trip, we enjoyed the calm and comfort after the days at the embroidery show. Mélanie was very available both when we arrived and when we left. We will be happy to book on our next visit 🌸🌿

Christine and Olivier's house is simply amazing! It's a gem! Ideally located, a few metres from the bakery and the market under the halls in a quiet street, the house offers volumes as they are no longer made, real comfort and a very cosy atmosphere. We fell under its spell! It invites nostalgia as soon as you leave it.

The accommodation was very clean, bright, faithful to the photo. It is located in the heart of Saint-Trojan so it is very convenient to do a lot of things on foot. Good communication with Oceania. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Very nice location, very well equipped and perfectly placed to enjoy the sea and the area. The terrace is lovely! Big plus, the provision of bicycles that allows you to take beautiful walks and use the car less! Elodie is very responsive to make sure the stay goes as smoothly as possible!

Very well arranged space with the necessary accessories to feel at home. Quiet & peaceful place. Sébastien is very responsive and gives good advice for activities. The only small negative point (which would not be for everyone); at sunrise, a lot of light from the front door, maybe a small thing to improve otherwise it's great. I recommend it and if we come back to the area, we will not fail to come back ☺️

Very nice house, clean, functional and well-equipped for 8 people. The children's space on the mezzanine is very nice. The outside is very quiet and soothing. Thanks to Jeremy for his welcome, his advice and his availability if needed.

We only stayed one night, but the accommodation is nice, there is an option to park in front as well. Count for the rental of sheets €15 per bed and €7 for a towel

Françoise is a welcoming caring, available, attentive and can suggest many visits to places to see, restaurants... everything to discover the region. The accommodation is decorated with great care and very clean. It feels good right away. The place is quiet and soothing, located in the village and close to nature. The outdoor areas are nice to relax, eat outside, park easily. The kitchen is well arranged with complete and very pleasant amenities (toaster, kettle, cooking dishes, dishwasher, coffee, tea oil, salt...). The shower gel in the bathroom is much appreciated. In short, everything is designed for a warm and quality welcome. I can only recommend and we have already planned to return. This stay was a real enchanted break. Thank you Françoise
