We felt right at home at the beautiful house in Noirmoutier. The house is even more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures, especially the yard and pool are huge! The rooms and bathrooms were nice and well-appointed. They provided a restaurant and activity guide in advance which was great. During our stay, Laetitia was very responsive via text and made check in and check out smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Having arrived with idyllic weather, we very pleasantly enjoyed the place and the island of Yeu that we visited. Depending on the winds, the beaches are superb and within walking distance. Congratulations again on the house storage tips.

We had a pleasant stay in this spacious and clean apartment. Michael was very welcoming and friendly, however it is important not to park in the driveway to avoid any problems with the neighbors. The location close to the beach and the charming port of Herbaudière was an undeniable asset. We recommend this listing for families or groups of friends.

Frédéric's apartment is ideally located with a superb view of the sea and the harbor. The terrace is well exposed and sheltered from the prevailing winds, we had lunch in the sun at noon on December 23rd...! The equipment is enough for this type of accommodation, nothing to repeat. The cabin is indeed very narrow, large and/or large people will hardly be able to wash themselves. The bottom bed of 140 cm in the bedroom is inconvenient, insufficient height to sit down to read, entry and exit a little acrobatic and ladder flush with the head... That said, we had a nice stay and communication with Frédéric was always clear and cordial.

Property in a good location and very well-equipped. Great for the group with kids we were. The hosting and communication was very good. You can book without a second thought.

Beautiful house close to Port Joinville but far enough away to be really quiet. The house is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. The equipment is complete. Our whole group of 9 adults had a great stay.

We had a great week in this house despite mixing weather. The house is very well decorated and furnished. The courtyard is very pleasant and convenient for getting dressed up when returning from the beach with a nice outdoor shower. The rooms are pleasant too and we sleep there peacefully because the street is very quiet. Sandrine and David are very kind and welcoming. The house is 50m from the beach and the embankment which was still under construction this week. Shops are also nearby, 3 minutes' walk.

We were a family of 5 adults and 2 kids (6 and 2). The sleeping arrangements worked out very well and the kids really loved the playroom and swimming pool. The beaches (one within easy walking distance and one a 4/5 minute drive away) were excellent (no showers though?) with nice beach bars/restaurants. The nearby zoo is worth a visit - clean and the animals looked well looked after. All in all an excellent family holiday.

We had a great stay in this large house perfectly suited for holidays with family or friends. Franck and Luc were very responsive by message, and one of them even came to see us to make sure everything was going well. The instructions for the arrival and the stay were very clear. The house is well located, just 5 minutes from the shops in Commequiers. The large grounds are a real plus: perfect for outdoor dining, with plenty of games for children and a swimming pool. Our animals also enjoyed it a lot 😁
