For a mother-daughter reunion, we couldn't have found a better place! The apartment has a magnificent view and is very well located; the large beach is at the foot of the building. The accommodation is very functional as for Aurore and Angélique, thank you for your warm welcome and responsiveness.

The apartment offered by Elise and Jérôme is really in line with the description. Cute and functional. The balcony with sea view allows for great breakfasts and the sunsets are sublime. The beach is really just around the corner. A question asked by my daughter sums up our stay: "When are we coming back here? It's really heaven!"

Great location one minute walk from the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean, St Jean de Monts 3 kms away, the dunes and the island of Yeu so clear . At night you can see the lights of St Jean de Monts and the island. Very quiet. Clean residence.

we had a great long weekend. a large amount of this apartment, it is the mezzanine and we just have to cross to be at the sea, very convenient for older teenagers. otherwise nothing to say, Marie Laure is a responsive host to your request. thank you I recommend of course

very quiet accommodation, very well located (between Saint Gilles Croix de Vie and Saint Jean de Monts) and clean. many useful utensils are present, it is very pleasant! very good communication with the owner. i recommend it.

Great stay under the sun. Beautiful walk by the sea, Saint Gilles market, beach. Bike ride and visit to the island of Yeu. The house is very nice with a beautiful exterior, a practical barbecue for grilling the good fish of the region.

We had a very pleasant stay in this accommodation that allowed us to relax well. The accommodation is very well equipped, arranged and decorated with care. The setting is peaceful, ideal for a relaxing break. Host was very responsive and thoughtful. I would highly recommend.

Excellent stay in Katia and François' accommodation. This one is very functional, decorated with care and attention to detail. Quality bedding and impeccable cleaning on our arrival. We would recommend it without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay. As a family of 4, there was enough room for us to stay comfortably for a week. The garden space was a massive bonus, a great sun trap and much nicer than it looks in the pictures. The accommodation was clean and tidy and the beds and sofa very comfortable. We will be back!

The apartment is comfortably furnished, very clean and a whole garden with terrace, parking and loungers under palm trees is also free to use. Sylvia was waiting for us directly at check-in and was always approachable and very helpful. The accommodation is superbly located and only 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Mosquito screens on the windows (at least in the bedroom) might be useful. We felt at home, thank you to Sylvia and Nathalie!

We had a wonderful stay with the family in Les Sables d 'Olonne, and this apartment contributed greatly to it. The view is simply splendid. The apartment is in a great location, bright, clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. A huge thank you to our host, a lady of great kindness, available and caring. We were also touched by the kindness and warm welcome of the Sablais, who make this city even more enjoyable to discover. We recommend this listing without a second thought, and will be happy to come back!

The apartment is superbly located, it is only 100m to the beach. Next to the house, the dunes start right away and it is nice and quiet. From the loggia, you can see the sea. Around the corner is a fish and seafood shop, so you can stock up directly on site and cook in the fully equipped kitchen. The private parking space is a nice bonus. There is only one restaurant within walking distance and no direct shopping facilities, apart from the fish market, but that did not bother us.

Jean Marc is very responsive ,available,friendly . The accommodation is very clean with good bedding . The apartment is with a side sea view,very well equipped (cafetiere,toaster , enough dishes...)the veranda on the balcony is a real plus, even if it overlooks the parking because there is sea view on the side. The residence is very quiet. I recommend this accommodation .
