It is decorated with a private enclosed garden, with its barbecue area. It is located 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Vendée: Saint-Jean-de-Monts, Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie or Noirmoutier, 45 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne and 85 km from Le Puy du Fou. We are 2.5 km from the village with all its shops and restaurants.

This 42 m2 chalet, not overlooked and air-conditioned, comfortable in all seasons on a 350 m2 plot, totally closed, has a covered terrace of 12 m2. It is equipped with a TV (satellite dish) and a Wi-Fi connection in the chalet.

You're staying at a wooden chalet I've built by me. It is south-facing in a very peaceful area. A few meters away, you take advantage of the bike paths to go to the beaches, on the embankment, to the port and why not in Talmont st Hilaire by the coastal road? 1 km away, you have one of the best bakery and +2 km away all local shops. So book, welcome you! STUDENT: Long-term rentals are available from Sunday night to Friday morning.
