Small cottage between land and sea

In a small, very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes) and Saint-Malo (15 minutes), the cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. Accessible via a staircase and with no overlooking neighbours, it has a private garden, also with no overlooking neighbours, with a table and chairs, a parasol, a coffee table, deckchairs and a barbecue. The swimming pool, heated to 28 degrees, is open from around 22 June to 8 September and is shared with us (who use it very little). Guests always have priority.
