Beautiful family home, with a large living room living room, three beautiful bedrooms, terrace and a large garden. The ideal place to be in a quiet area while being close to major roads to visit Dinan, Saint Malo and the Côte d 'Emeraude. The banks of Rance and Mordreuc are a 5 minute drive; the Coëtquen forest is immediately accessible with its trails. The village of Coëtquen has a crazy charm where History and Nature have made an appointment!! Definitely worth a visit!

Perfectly placed in the historic heart of Dinan, this beautifully renovated city centre apartment is situated at the top of the famous medieval street, 'The Jerzual'. Dinan's restaurants, shops and historic buildings are just a few steps away. This second floor apartment has one (double) bedroom and a fold-down bed/setee. The stylish kitchen has all new appliances and the apartment is equipped with security doors and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

A 3 bedroom cottage attached to the main residence on the site of a medieval chateau (c1470) now in ruins. Private patio and lawn for the gîte, plus free access to the 3 acre gardens and paddock with pet sheep and chickens. There is only one gîte, the rest of the building is the family home of the hosts The gîte is in a beautiful traditional Brittany stone hamlet in the heart of the countryside. This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.

Gîte de la Tannerie 4 [Tannerie 4 Lodge]

You will need to climb about thirty steps to access the Tanneries garden, with a view overlooking the harbor, games for children are available to families. House completely renovated in 2023 with its shutters totally typical of the Tanneries. The house is on two floors, it has two bedrooms as well as two bathrooms.
