The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

The house, renovated in 2020, is located in a quiet environment in the village of Sauzelle. It is ideal for a stay as a couple or family. The interior is cozy, the courtyard is not overlooked. A location in the center of the island, 200 m from the bike paths, 5 minutes by car from St Pierre or Gautrelle beach. Heating costs (electricity and wood pellets) to be paid at the end of the stay. Rental of bed sheets, bathroom towels and cleaning not included. To be requested when booking.

Very close to the beach and forest, wooded environment. We leave bicycles available. 2 terraces with garden furniture, 2 gas and charcoal barbecues, equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, double beds 140/190, 1 folding crib, 1 shower room, separate toilet. Shops, market less than 3 km away. The house is equipped with fiber optic internet.

A 25 minutes à pieds ou 5 minutes à vélo de la plage de la gautrelle, une des plus belle et tranquille plage de l'île, vous bénéficierez de nombreuses balades à proximité ainsi que de la plage. Toute proche des pistes cyclables et placée au centre de l'île, vous partirez à la découverte d'Oléron sur ses nombreux chemins. Location du dimanche au dimanche.

The most beautiful beaches of the island are less than 2 km away, close to bike paths, shops and restaurants nearby (200 m), daily market in season. Bed made on arrival, towels and linens provided. Wood-burning stove, wood available. Two bikes available.

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.
