Vacation home between St Pierre and Boyardville

The house, renovated in 2020, is located in a quiet environment in the village of Sauzelle. It is ideal for a couple or family stay. The interior is cosy, the courtyard without vis-à-vis. A location in the center of the island, 200 m from the bike paths, 5 minutes by car from St Pierre or the beach of Gautrelle. Heating costs (electricity and wood pellets) to be paid at the end of the stay. Bed linen, towels and cleaning not included. To be requested at the time of booking.

Cozy garden house near the beach

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

The fisherman's house

Ideal house for the holidays. Close to the center of Château d'Oléron (10 min walk) typical small classified town, very lively in summer, close to bike paths, close to beach (10 min walk). Shaded garden, not overlooked. Perfect for a relaxing vacation with kids or friends. For winter, there is a pellet stove and electric heaters. The typical Château d'Oléron market is open year-round. The house is pleasant in winter too.
