New house finished to build in July 2023, offering nice features, ideally placed at 800m from the beaches of Sables Vigniers and plage des Bonnes. Very quiet. Nice exotic wood deck covering 75m2. Superb jacuzzi and 8x4m pool heated from April to October. Bakery at 100m. Bike rental shop at 100m. High speed Wi-Fi. 2 of the 4 bedrooms have a direct access to the pool deck.
