New house finished to build in July 2023, offering nice features, ideally placed at 800m from the beaches of Sables Vigniers and plage des Bonnes. Very quiet. Nice exotic wood deck covering 75m2. Superb jacuzzi and 8x4m pool heated from April to October. Bakery at 100m. Bike rental shop at 100m. High speed Wi-Fi. 2 of the 4 bedrooms have a direct access to the pool deck. The 2 other ones have a small back deck . Options to rent the villa with the 4 bedrooms or with 1,2 or 3 depending of the period. See my others posts for calendar availability and price. You have private access to an 8-meter infinity pool that is efficiently heated with a solar cover, a pétanque court, large terraces/solarium with BBQ (over 140 m2), a playground with table tennis and darts, bicycles are available for free.
