Located inside the Golf, very quiet place with garden, allowing you to rest under the pine trees. The apartment is fully functional and well-equipped. The beautiful Cordouan pine beach is accessed by a bike/pedestrian path, which is very nice when you don't want to be in the middle of cars. Brigitte and Daniel are very welcoming. In short, our stay went very well.

We had a great week in Régine and François's beautiful apartment, offering panoramic views to the ocean. The terrace, spacious and very pleasant, was a real plus to fully enjoy this grandiose view. The apartment is impeccably clean and of exceptional quality, perfectly equipped. Nothing is missing, everything has been thought out for our comfort. Régine and François are friendly, welcoming, and very responsive hosts, both before and during our stay. They were also very accommodating, and their little touches upon arrival touched us a lot. The location of the apartment is ideal: in a quiet area facing the sea, with direct access to a superb beach. The city center, with its restaurants and shops, is just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. Soulac is a charming and beautiful town. A big thank you to Régine and François! Perfectly well-equipped house and located in a quiet area close enough to all the practical destinations of the island. We used our bikes so it was very nice to be on the route of a bike path! I recommend it!

luxurious haven of peace in the heart of the island of Oléron allowing you to project yourself on the different sites in 15 20 minutes. The house is very well arranged and equipped. The decor is charming. Louise was responsive and flexible. Although nestled in a hamlet, the environment is very quiet. Bike path in the immediate vicinity. We'll be back.

The accommodation is in a very central location, which allows you to do many activities on foot. Communication was very smooth with Dimitri and Florian. Small regret of having to pick up the keys 6km away in a place with limited opening hours. You have to think about anticipating their arrival. The apartment is very good and in line with the description, although a little dark. We would have liked to find the beds made on arrival but it did not affect our stay.
