Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! Quiet stay in the countryside with the river's song as background music. Ideal for large group stays. The house is spacious, very well equipped, and tastefully decorated. Nothing is missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe discovery of the environment for all ages.

The accommodation is spacious and suitable for children. The location is perfect because it is close to very beautiful beaches. Lydie is responsive and attentive. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great stay in Lucie's cottage, in a very quiet residential village at this time of year. We were able to enjoy the very clean and well-maintained pool. Close to the Grande Côte for the beach and walks and where we found a bike rental. The cottage is very clean, tastefully decorated, we didn't miss anything. The bedding is also very clean and the towels are good quality. In short, we will have fond memories of this accommodation and we would not hesitate to come back.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is very well located while being quiet. It is a perfect base for discovering the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also of excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the entry and departure procedures was very clear.

A perfect weekend in a warm setting I had a great weekend in this absolutely perfect accommodation. Everything was there: impeccable cleanliness, optimal comfort, neat decoration, quiet and quality amenities. You feel at home there from the first few minutes. But what makes this stay truly exceptional is the welcome from the hosts. A big thank you to the owner and her husband for their kindness, availability and benevolence. Their welcome was as warm as it was authentic, and you can feel that they put their whole heart into hosting. I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation and I will not hesitate to return as soon as possible. Once again, thank you for everything!

We stayed for 3 days with friends with young children and warmly recommend this house. It is very well equipped with one bathroom per room and perfect for a large group, photos and amenities as advertised. The setting is superb with the view from the terrace of the pine forest. You can hear the ocean from the house A little extra would have been to have bed linen and towels provided at no extra cost as well as children's equipment / games. Otherwise it was perfect.
