Janet's apartment is highly recommended. It is quiet and furnished with a lot of love. The equipment is very good and nothing is missing. Janet is very friendly, was very flexible about the key handover and responded very quickly to messages. We will be happy to come back!

The host was very welcoming and friendly! Anytime we had questions they were answered in a timely manner. If I were to return to Paris I would definitely check to see if it was available again!

Benoît is a very welcoming and available host. Very responsive to any questions. The apartment itself is easily accessible by transport, secure and pleasant. Everything is very well equipped and functional. As for cleanliness, no complaints! I recommend it without hesitating!

The place was absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and modern. We were 2 couples and the kitchen and living/dining area offered everything we needed. The Metro was steps from the front door Fantastic bakery on the corner and grocery store just a block away. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it for anyone visiting Paris. Would love to go back.

Located 8-10 minutes from the metro, with a bakery and convenience store nearby, Tima's F1 apartment is very clean, functional, quiet. The bathroom has a bathtub. I highly recommend this place very close to Paris, an attractive value for money.

The apartment was perfect and was exactly like the photos and as described. The neighborhood was great. There was an open-air market right outside our door two days we were there. There were plenty of shops, cafes, bakeries, and restaurants within walking distance. The metro stop was close by. The experience was so much more authentic than a hotel stay. My sister and I both felt extremely safe in the apartment and the neighborhood.

For a bouldering trip to Bleau, there is no better option! The closest sector is just a 5-minute walk.

Our stay at Olivia & Dom's place went wonderfully well. The space is impeccable. Very clean, charming, easily accessible by metro and tram from Paris. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with the ability to park a vehicle easily. Shops nearby. The garden and spacious terrace are pleasant. Perfect for a large family.

Excellent stay with Brigitte who welcomed us very warmly! Impeccable large apartment and very well equipped. It's easy to park on the street for free. We'll be happy to go back.

We had an amazing time at this place! It's really spacious so it's perfect for large groups. the kitchen is wel equipped and it's really cosy. It's also really close to different climbing area's of Fontainebleau. Definitely coming back here!

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

We had a wonderful stay in Versailles! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the area. Thierry was a kind and attentive host—always responsive and helpful. This place is absolutely amazing! The surroundings are incredibly beautiful, full of trees and flowers — it’s like living in a painting. The house itself is very spacious, with a lovely open-air terrace where you can enjoy the breathtaking French countryside views. Everything inside is super clean and tidy, and the host was so thoughtful — he prepared so many essentials for daily living that made me feel completely at home. The location is about a 10-minute walk from several bus stops and around 20 minutes to the nearest metro station. The walk is scenic and peaceful, making the journey itself quite enjoyable. Overall, the transport connections are convenient. I want to give special thanks to David. He was incredibly patient and helpful — we had a few small issues during check-in, but he solved everything with great care and responsibility. I truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism.
