In the Val d'Oise, 10 minutes from Magny-en-Vexin (A15 highway), 10 minutes from the Villarceaux Golf Course and 20 minutes from the Impressionism Museum (Claude Monet Foundation – Giverny).

An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

Charming house with garden, 5-minute walk from the village center and close to hiking trails, including a fitted kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom (1.60 m bed), sleeping area 1.60 m (2 x 80) in mezzanine, dressing room, bathroom. Secure private parking. Closed room for your bikes if needed.

ATTIC ROOM with independent entrance via the external staircase. It is equipped with a KITCHENETTE to make a "simple kitchen" and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The attic room with exposed beams is above a part of the house. You can enjoy the garden behind the house. Gisors, 4 km away, where you will find: shops, supermarkets, restaurants. I have a garage to store bicycles.
