I can also welcome you to another house two minutes from this one that you can find on the site in the name of the "Logis du Château".

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

After 2 intense years of work, we finally made it. We created this cocoon of love for you, to be able to recharge your batteries as a couple, or have fun with family. This atypical house from the 1500s, we wanted it, transformed it, but while keeping its authenticity with its half-timbered facade, the red tiles in the staircase, the ceiling height on the top floor… But we also thought it out and created it so that you would like it too. In a pretty village, near Giverny, at the bottom of the garden, you will find a small one-story house with blue shutters, ideal for a peaceful and bucolic stopover. At the gates of Normandy; easy access to A13 towards Rouen or Paris. Train station in Vernon or Gaillon. In the village; small friendly bar that offers bread and croissant delivery in the morning to order. (every day except Monday)
