A charming 1950s mansion in a splendid landscaped and wooded park, in the heart of Touraine, with jacuzzi access. It consists of two bedrooms equipped with TEMPUR memory foam mattresses (including a King-Sixteen bed), a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a living-dining room and a TV room. A terrace equipped with sun loungers and dining tables will seduce you. All close to all shops and three minutes from the historic center of Tours.

The small house

10 minutes from the city center of Tours, nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park, you will find calm and comfort. Close to the Loire bike path and the city bus, at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will enjoy all the charms of the countryside at the gates of the historic city. You can park your car right next to the house with peace of mind. We will be happy to host you in our newly renovated little house.

20 m² studio, fully renovated, adjoining our main residence. The entrance is independent. Garden access possible. Parking is available in our yard. There is an equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, Senseo coffee maker, kettle), TV, wifi, a bathroom with toilet, storage, baby bed. We provide sheets, towels, tea towels and some essentials. We are close to Tours center (6 km). You will appreciate it for its calm.

Countryside cottage where calm and serenity reign. 5 minutes from the ring road for quick access to discover all the riches of the Loire Valley (castles, museums, vineyards...). Perfect dependency for a comfortable stay in the area. Central location for visiting the various castles and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. Located in a quiet and secure environment, all shops and services of the village (baker, butcher, banks, supermarket, doctor, etc.) are 5 minutes away by car.
