This place is in the most beautiful garden in France (Loire Valley castles, museums, parks, cellars...) The barn was built with traditional materials! Ground floor: entrance, living room, kitchen and dining room, bathroom. Upstairs: three bedrooms and bathroom (sheets, bath towels, heating, cleaning are included in the price), terrace and parking (3🚘) Enjoy your stay!❣️

Independent floor close to public transport

20 minutes from Tours train station (10 minutes by tram + 10 minutes on foot), ideal for visiting the castles. You will have independent access to the upper floor of the house. If you book for 1 or 2 people, access to one room (extra 20 euros if you want both rooms), if you book for 3 or 4 people, access to two rooms. Baby crib and changing table available. All travelers are welcome to our home, but there are stairs. For your information, I live on the floor below

10 minutes from the city center of Tours, nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park, you will find calm and comfort. Close to the Loire bike path and the city bus, at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will enjoy all the charms of the countryside at the gates of the historic city. You can park your car right next to the house with peace of mind. We will be happy to host you in our newly renovated little house.

Nice quiet studio 20 m², 10 min from Tours center

20 m² studio, fully renovated, adjoining our main residence. The entrance is independent. Garden access possible. Parking is available in our yard. There is an equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, Senseo coffee maker, kettle), TV, wifi, a bathroom with toilet, storage, baby bed. We provide sheets, towels, tea towels and some essentials. We are close to Tours center (6 km). You will appreciate it for its calm.
