"Villa" Mondoux 15 min from Tours

For 10 years now, we have had the pleasure of welcoming travellers to our cottage, part of an old Tourangelle building. Winter 2025 was therefore the opportunity to close the cottage for a few months, in order to carry out a complete renovation... Repair of the roof and insulation, in order to enjoy cooler summers and warmer winters :-) , and resumption of all the paintings and finishes of the accommodation. We are now looking forward to welcoming guests again!

this apartment is very well located for visiting the castles of the Loire and also discovering the city, its restaurants, bars and especially the magnificent banks of the Loire. Foot on the ground also ideal for cycling the Loire: i have a secure bike storage. Bedroom 1 overlooks an inner courtyard, the living room and kitchen overlook Rue Colbert and bedroom 2 overlooks a small street, my apartment being corner. Breakfast is included with local produce.
