Patrick was very forward-thinking, offering us to install an armchair and cot for our little one, and inquiring in advance of our arrival and our possible needs or questions. So the arrival and departure were completely relaxing. The decoration of the house is incredible and the garden is very nice.

A great weekend at Marie's! Marie is so welcoming, kind and accommodating, it's a joy! The house is very cute and colourful, the small garden is great, great also with children (Marie provides games and books for children), our son loved it! Thank you again Marie!

We were greeted very warmly by Justine. The accommodation is very clean and of good quality and it is close to Amboise. The breakfast provided by Justine is a real plus. Beautiful accommodation with an enclosed garden for the dog. We'll be happy to go back!

Very friendly and pro-active hosts who respected our privacy. We absolutely loved the huge enclosed garden for our dogs and enjoyed our sundowner next to the river. We regretted not booking longer but we will return to explore the area. We highly recommend this gite if you enjoy tranquility and beautiful surroundings.

Very pleasant stay in Gérard's cottage. Beautiful weather, a secluded site, very wooded and very friendly! We were able to enjoy the heated pool from the first day, it was a real pleasure. The promises of the site description are largely kept, no unpleasant surprises. We all (9 people) really enjoyed this stay. A big thank you to Gérard for his welcome and good luck.

We had a great week-long stay at this listing. Special mentions for the welcome which was warm, the impeccable cleanliness of the accommodation but also the calm of the residence which is really conducive to relaxation. We couldn't try the pool because it wasn't open but we'll be sure to book again to enjoy it! You can go there without a second thought. Marie-Rose was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay! Her gardens are beautifully maintained. We felt right at home here.

The house was spotlessly clean and in a fabulous location. Thick stone walls kept the rooms cool in the hot weather. Jean was extremely approachable and accommodated our wish for the pool to ourselves on our last day. Plenty of space for BBQ's, table tennis and boules. Neighbouring villages and towns all worth visiting and Azay Le Rideau for the restaurant's. Lovely winery nearby too - well worth a visit for a tasting! Thank you Jean - we had a great time.

Armand's house has all the comforts to spend a good stay. Special mention to the garden with the pool, with its sunsets. The village where it is located is very quiet and the bakery next to the house comes very well for those breakfasts with freshly made croissants😊. Although the house does not have a parking space for the car, on the days we were staying, we had no problems parking nearby. Armand is very attentive and quick to respond. The location is perfect for visiting castles and places of interest in the Loire. We had a vacation to remember!!!

We have just returned from a 4-day weekend at Liesbeth's. Beyond the region, which is beautiful, and the incredible weather, we had a great time in the house and its grounds. Everything was perfect, the pool, the barbecue and the outdoors. Liesbeth was perfect in her communication with us and Hervé gave us a very good welcome and was considerate. Thank you for everything

Lovely place! Audrey was very welcoming after a long drive and left us some cherries and strawberries fresh from her garden. We also had tea and coffee which is always great as it was a Sunday when we arrived. It was a nice quiet place to walk our dog in the local area. Also we were lucky enough to arrive on a weekend when there was a wine fair in Vouvray which is only about 10 minutes drive away. Even if it’s not a wine fair there is quite a few shops to taste wine here.

Very clean apartment a few steps from the centre of Tours. Entry and exit were without any problems. The equipment provided is basic but was enough to make us have a satisfactory stay. Knowing friends in the area, we won't hesitate to come back!

This property is very special! I loved my time at it. It is such a warm property with so much character but has all the modern elements that are needed for a comfortable longer stay. The internet speed was fantastic as well and I could telework with no issues. The property is private without feeling isolated. I would love to return to this property in the future!
