In the heart of the Brandon wooded park, this cottage is ideal for a few days of vacation or teleworking, for couples, families or groups of friends. Located a quarter of an hour from Saint Pierre des Corps TGV station (55 minutes from Paris), it is close to the Châteaux de la Loire, the Zoo-Parc de Beauval and the "Cher et Loire à vélo" routes. Fireplace, fire pit, barbecue, TV and Wi-Fi are available. The kitchen is equipped and the bathroom has a washing machine.

By occupying this place, you will live in the middle of a rock formed around 90 millions of years ago ! On closer inspection, you can even discover fossils of shells. Those places have also been used for winemaking of Vouvray (white wine).

The Rock House

Our house is very atypical because it is semi-troglodyte. There is a very common characteristic in troglodyte houses, it is humidity... it is due to the absorption of small amounts of water continuously. So you have to dehumidify the air and heat it all year round. There is a courtyard in front and a large private park on the heights to relax with a picnic table and deck chairs. The car can be parked nearby.
