Wi-Fi and Sky TV with Sky Sports 10-minute walk to the beach and 25-minute walk to Charlestown harbour.

The Conifers Bedsit S Catering Flat in Nat Reserve

Free return taxi to Eden b4 9pm, see notes. The Conifers is a very small, stylish bedsit flat in Par Nature Reseve with a lovely Victorian garden, surrounded by ancient woods. It has a small galley kitchen (5x8ft) a small double bedroom and a shower room, but no lounge. It has its own entrance, a large drive and secure, dry storage with hose for bikes etc. 2.3 miles from Eden, a 5 min walk from Par train station (0.3 mile), 100m from the bus stop to Fowey/Truro and 1.1 miles from Par beach.

It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. 'Harley Hideaway' is in a peaceful location, ideal for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer. Just over a mile from the Eden Project and with many attractions nearby it's a great spot. The unit has it's own entrance and parking, one double bedroom, a well appointed kitchen and compact toilet & shower room. Tastefully decorated, with everything you would need for a short stay or even a longer break. Within a 30 minute walk of local beaches and the SWCP. GREAT SPOT FOR EDEN SESSIONS 2025

This quite secluded lodge for two has amazing far reaching views with plenty of wildlife,whether you want to kick back and relax on the veranda, a keen cyclist and want to explore the beautiful Luxulyan valley or maybe walk the saints way which is all on our doorstep. we are a 1.1 miles to the famous Eden project. 10 minute drive to Historic Charlestown with lovely restaurants & Carlyon bay with its golf course. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
