Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint-Augustin

Functional accommodation. It is close to the centre and the beach, it is very convenient, you can do everything on foot. Check-in is very easy, everything is well explained and Lucie responds very quickly to messages. I totally recommend it. A little extra would be a clothesline, and then it would be perfect ☺️

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in the accommodation👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to you both 🌞

A well furnished studio, a very nice garden and a soothing sea view. Beach 1 min walk, Royan seafront 15 min leisurely walk. A very good time in a cute and ideally placed accommodation.

Ideal accommodation for two, very well located 200 m from the shops, parking right next door is a real plus. The accommodation is impeccable and very well arranged The small terrace allows you to eat outside when the weather permits

Nice well located apartment. On the other hand, extra sheets and towels seem very average to us in view of all the Airbnb offers, and this significantly increases the price of the room (€15/sheet and €5/towel). In addition, basic equipment such as bath mats and towels are not included either. Pigeons in the hall, and single glazing, a lot of noise. Apart from these few points, the apartment has everything you need to have a good stay.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Very well arranged space with the necessary accessories to feel at home. Quiet & peaceful place. Sébastien is very responsive and gives good advice for activities. The only small negative point (which would not be for everyone); at sunrise, a lot of light from the front door, maybe a small thing to improve otherwise it's great. I recommend it and if we come back to the area, we will not fail to come back ☺️

Listing is as described. The location is ideal, close to the beach (be careful, lots of rocks so swimming at high tide) and access to the city centre by the coastal path or the bike path. Host flexible with check in time. I recommend it.

New accommodation, tastefully decorated, open to a peaceful patio that invites you to relax. Ideally located between the various beaches and a 25-minute walk from the iconic Royan market. Emmanuelle is available, warm and gives good advice.

Excellent family stay in a very nice house! The bedding is of high quality, and the indoor pool is really superb. Everything is perfectly safe for children, which is very reassuring. Everything is designed for their development. The terrace was particularly appreciated. The whole place is modern and friendly: we highly recommend this place for a good little family break. Beautiful studio, very clean and well equipped, with a good real bed and a small terrace. Well located, close to the beaches of Vaux-sur-Mer and Saint-Palais, easily accessible on foot as well as shops. We also enjoyed the quiet, the view of the trees framing a small stretch of sea and the reserved parking. In addition, the host welcomes us in person, for once it is not a key box, it is appreciable.

we had a very nice stay in the cozy studio of Florence and Nicolas, it is close to the sea and the street is free for parking. Florence was super responsive, gave us plenty of addresses and the accommodation was decorated with a lot of taste and with little extra touches in a word: TOP!!!! Thanks

Overall we had a nice stay. Apartment located close to all amenities, very nice private parking. Bus stop close to the residence. Very pleasant apartment to live in, very quiet in May. Beautiful walks nearby on the coastal trail. We recommend it.
