A little slice of paradise located in the heart of downtown, less than a minute's walk from the ocean. Everything within easy reach, but relatively quiet. Relax, all you have to do is have a great stay! The apartment consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker), 2 bedrooms (one with a 160-cm bed and one with a 140-cm bed), a bathroom, a toilet, and a storage room. Its terrace faces south. Linen and towels provided. Excellent stay!

Available as a paid option: wellness massage or reflexology treatment in my institute.

This studio is located in Pontaillac, a popular area of Royan. Independent entrance, shower room and private toilet, small kitchen equipped with 2-burner stove (for breakfast or to heat up small dishes). Television, Wi-Fi, Beach 200 m away, free public parking across the street from the accommodation.

La Palmyre Center Apartment

This ideally located home offers quick access to the zoo, shops, restaurants. Beach 700 m away. This large 28 m2 studio can accommodate up to 4 people. Located in a secure residence with elevator, it is fully furnished, all linens are provided and it has a 5 m2 terrace for breakfast in the sun (facing east). For parking you can count on 5 free parking spaces all located within 150 m and 2 bike rooms in the basement for our cycling friends.
