The Little Secret

We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

Surf, Skate and Wine house.

This authentic wine cellar located in the heart of the northern Médoc, 17 km from the beaches, offers an atypical living space of 800 m2 containing our home and a 215 m2 cottage. You will have three air-conditioned bedrooms each with a shower room and separate toilet, a huge living room with equipped kitchen. Finally, separating you from our home, you will find a game room with an American pool table and… A skate bowl! Bikes and surfboards can also be provided.

280 m² villa close to the beaches, Royan, Palmyre Zoo (7 km) and at the foot of the Golf Course. The house has a heated pool and its California-style pool house. Inside is a fully equipped kitchen open to a large 86 m² living room, its XXL cellar space and an adjoining laundry room. Upstairs you will be charmed by a large relaxation area with its overhead projector overlooking a large terrace facing the ocean and the typical "carrelets" of our region.
