La Bérarde is a cottage in the middle of nature, located in the middle of vineyards and at the foot of the mountains. Hiking, climbing site and mountain biking routes from the house. The village, its shops and river with canoe and mountain bike rentals are 2km away. Its location far from major roads makes it a quiet place conducive to rest. Very well-equipped accommodation: TV, WiFi, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, spacious and comfortable beds, terrace, large garden. No smoking allowed, no party parties.

Small independent house, carefully renovated, with healthy and sustainable materials, self-contained in water (rainwater recovery not potable but drinking water provided) in a unique setting in the heart of the Drome Valley. In the middle of nature, beautiful views of the village and the mountains. 1 km from the village, at the end of the road (beware of the path!). Nice cats on the premises... Ideal house for 2, walkers and walkers, mountain bikers... Possibility of1 extra bed in the sofa bed.

Our agricultural activity mixes with a rich nature and promotes biodiversity. The sheep graze around the house from October to May and go to pasture during the summer period. We also have a backyard where rabbit and chickens live together. We also make essential oil and hydrolat.

Our house is located on Crest (2.5 km from the city center) in a very quiet and green area. 20 min walk - 5 min bike or car from the center... Because it goes down….!!!
