Small independent house, carefully renovated, with healthy and durable materials, self-contained in water (non-drinking rainwater collection but drinking water provided) in a unique setting in the heart of the Drôme Valley. In the heart of nature, magnificent views of the village and mountains. 1 km from the village, at the end of the road (watch out for the road!). Friendly cats on site... Ideal house for 2, walkers, mountain bikers... Possibility of 1 extra bed in the sofa bed.

Relax and recharge your batteries in this pretty & quiet pied-à-terre, nestled in a 34,000 m2 site on the edge of the forest in the foothills of the Syncinal de Saou. From the swimming pool you have a beautiful view of the Drome valley. Enjoy the surroundings to hike, swim, read or rest. The 30m2 studio has a double bed in the living room and a single extra bed on the mezzanine accessible by a ladder. From the house you can directly access multiple beautiful hiking trails.

The Domaine Thym et Romarin, a nature gîte open year-round, is a house attached to our living space but totally independent. It is located on an atypical estate of 5000 m², with furnished terraces. On sunny days, our free-access swimming pool with stunning views of the 3 Becs mountain, without any overlooking, in order to fully enjoy this authentic nature. In the off season, nature takes on beautiful colors, and in the evening a wood stove provides warmth and relaxation

In the alleys you can only walk. You might get lost there. Close to shops, restaurants and the Drôme River located 200 m away. You will enjoy the freshness and calm of the alleys and for sports enthusiasts a wide choice of outdoor activities (canoeing, mountain biking, climbing, via ferrata, hiking, etc.). The house has a cellar on the ground floor that allows you to store bicycles. Many shops (organic shops, pharmacy, casino...) and games for children in the village.

Come and take a little trip to the Norwegian atmosphere, and enjoy a Nordic bath in the heart of nature The cabin is located in Piégros la Clastre, at the foot of the foothills of the Saou Forest. Take in the views of the forest, the Château de Piégros, the mountains, and the starry sky at night. Immerse yourself in a steaming hot bath, lulled by the sounds of the forest: owls, deer... The Nordic bath is not available in summer due to the risk of fire.

The proximity to the access to the Drôme River (100 m) allows you to enjoy swimming areas. All shops within 200 m. Accessible via public transport (train, bus). Bike storage available. Completely renovated and equipped accommodation in an old house in the heart of the picturesque village of Saint-Benoit-en-Diois, classified as historic thanks to its 12th century church. Ideal site for walks, hikes, mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in summer, and in winter, possibility of skiing (alpine and cross-country and sledding) at the Col du Rousset ski resort. Equipped to accommodate children and babies (free equipment on request).

Close to the center and shops, restaurants, wine bar. The garden and pool are shared with the owners. Pool open from mid-June to mid-September. IMPORTANT: When swimming, children are the responsibility of the adults accompanying them.

For activities you can enjoy the Drôme River located 50 m from the house with picnic areas, you can also rent canoes and vintage mopeds. For children, a sports complex 200 m from the house with soccer and basketball courts and for the little ones a playground.

Head in the clouds and feet in the water
Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
