This 70 m² air-conditioned cottage consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, etc. You will have a bathroom with bathtub as well as a separate toilet. The 2 bedrooms with views of the wooded park are equipped with storage and wardrobe, a sofa bed for 2 people can serve as an extra bed. Private terrace of 50m2 with jacuzzi (2 nights minimum )

Le gîte est situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Die, et à 5 minutes à pied de la gare. Nous mettons également à disposition des voyageurs des vélos.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
