A nice and cozy little house. The hot tub is ideal for relaxing. It's the perfect place if you're looking to disconnect and rest. In addition to having hiking trails, which is what we like.

The first thing is to show my gratitude to Roman and Isabel. We had a little problem and they turned to help and look for the solution. For that, thank you, michas. As for the apartment, I can only have words of praise. It is as described and shown in the pictures. Quiet, impeccably clean, comfortable mattresses, a good TV, pool, closed parking in the same development, 5 minutes walk from the beach, a magnificent terrace and everything you need to have a good vacation in Oropesa and feel at home.

We loved our stay - the house is perfectly equipped, beautiful and comfortable. There were plenty of places to gather but we could also spread out. Rosana’s recommendations improved our experience and she was super helpful and responsive. We highly recommend her place and would definitely stay there again.

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

Very well located apartment, very close to the supermarkets to shop and restaurants, in addition to being on the beachfront. Clean and tidy apartment, ideal for spending your vacations. Very good service from the owners of the apartment.

Everything very correct and according to the description, central location and 3 min walk from the beach. With good air conditioning for summer, parking in the basement ideal for the summer season, in the warehouse it is usually difficult to park. Wifi great...! Enjoy your stay!!!!

Fully equipped apartment, it lacks nothing. It's just as seen in the photos. A parking spot next to the elevator. Direct access to the beach. Spectacular views. We were very comfortable.

A lovely place to stay, great facilities and an amazing large roof terrace. Really quiet and a lovely location. It's Just a few minutes walk from the 16 bus route, which goes straight into the centre of Valencia. There is a large supermarket just 5 minutes walk away and a trolley in the apartment to help carry your shopping back. The Metro line 3 is a further walk away about 25minutes walk to the nearest station. Its a great place to stay.

I stayed a week while visiting my son. It was a wonderful experience. The apartment is fantastic and the square is an oasis in the middle of busy place del carmen.

We had a great stay! Great location with easy access to restaurants, shops, cafes, etc. Loved the church bells! And the terrace. Absolutely recommend!

Magui’s place is one of my favorite that I’ve ever stayed in on a vacation! All of the details around the apartment were so beautiful and interesting that we spent a good chunk of time after we arrived just looking at it all. Aside from the beautiful decor, the beds and furniture were also very comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen were clean, and the location was extremely convenient. There was also a helpful guide that pointed us to some great restaurants and bars! The apartment truly felt like our home away from home and we had a hard time leaving it each day. Our only regret was not booking it for longer as Valencia ended up being our favorite stop on this trip, probably having much to do with this apartment. We hope we can come back one day!

The apartment is beautiful, I felt right at home! It’s a nice mix of the old tiles and wooden beams with the new appliances and furniture. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me: a short walk takes you either to the hip and bustling Ruzafa neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants, or to the Túria park for some running or yoga 🧘🏻 I will be back!

The stay in this beautiful apartment was fantastic for us. If you have any questions, you will always be helped, the bathroom and the apartment were clean and without sand (despite the proximity to the beach). The view is great and the way to the sea is done in 2 minutes.

What a wonderful stay we had in Rita's apartment with our 2 year old child. We felt really at home and the location couldn't be better. A playground right in front of the building, a supermarket and restaurants as close as possie, and everything in the city walkable or by metro with a close by station. Communication with Rita was perfect, she always answered fast and had tips for us. We recommend this to anyone, with or without a child.

Great location, 3 minutes to the promenade, 3 minutes to the metro and bus stop. Vincente is super friendly and helps where he can! The Airbnb is very well equipped! We even got beach towels. I would book it again anytime:-)

Great host, very clean apartment! Maria responds quickly to questions. I was there with my two daughters, 7 and 9 years old. Good gastronomy is (mostly) within walking distance! There is no underground connection. The city can be reached by bus or, as we had, by car in 20 minutes. Large supermarket 1 km away. There are no souvenirs or other shopping options, but if you want that, you can go to the city anyway. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. Almost everything is available in the apartment (parasol for the beach, beach towels, washing machine, etc.). Hand washing is required for the dishes, as there is no dishwasher available. However, flushing utensils are also available. The first time we entered the apartment, we immediately felt comfortable! We were thoroughly satisfied, and would definitely come back at any time 🥰👍

We really enjoyed our stay at Reyes appartement. It is super clean, the bed is comfortable and Reyes is very sweet and helpful. If you come by car, you must be informed, that the parking space is very small though. Can highly recommend to stay at Reyes and hope we can come back sometime.

The accommodation is quiet and very well located at the foot of a hiking path and close to Valencia. We enjoyed our stay. However, we had seen small house and the word room related to the photo of the bed. But in fact it is a one-room loft. The loft is mentioned in the description but we only retained the title of the listing and the title of the photo of the bed in the sleeping description. We had a young child so less convenient for naps but we were able to adapt and our stay went very well.

The apartment was pristine and spotlessly clean, very spacious and really well stocked with tea coffee and cleaning essentials which was really convenient and made our stay extra comfortable. Ambrosia was really helpful and provided lots of local recommendations. Overall it was a fantastic experience I would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Beatriz's place. The place is very spacious, comfortable and very welcoming. The terrace is very nice and the urbanization is very nice. As for the equipment, it does not lack anything, both in the kitchen and in the rest of the house. Everything was impeccable. The location is excellent for going to the beach and the village as well as the proximity of several supermarkets. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely come back.

My stay at Mathilde and Elias' house was simply wonderful. The house is very quiet, comfortable and perfectly equipped to accommodate six people. It is well located and easy to find. But what made this experience really special was Elias's kindness: I have rarely met someone so attentive and pleasant. She welcomed us with sweets, juices, and milk, which was a much appreciated gesture. I will definitely be back. Thanks for everything!
