We spent a very nice and relaxing week in the Alpetalhütte. The host family welcomed us warmly. The location is perfect to discover the Berchtesgaden area, also on foot. Particularly soothing: the view from the sauna into the forest. Everything just wonderful.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Beautiful place! We loved the local hikes, summer toboggan, and exploring nearby towns.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is well equipped, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful contact with Elisabeth – we felt completely comfortable from the beginning. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

Our stay with Uli was excellent, what we loved was that Uli personally welcomed us and provided us with valuable tips and information. There are also various travel guides in the room. Amazing views and an otherworldly location in a serene meadow overlooked by the Kehsteinhaus. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Berchtesgaden area. The restaurant which the property is attached to also serves excelled Bavarian food from Wednesday to Sunday.

We loved the place from the start. It is really well prepared and decorated with a lot of love for detail everywhere. The location is absolutely perfect with the 1350 meters It is quiet and we were also allowed to experience a lot of snow up there, which has transformed the entire area around the property into a real romantic winter wonderland. Britt and Maikkel were really super great hosts. One evening there was also a meeting with drinks and snacks where you could get to know both the guests(there were only 2 other people with us) and the hosts both. A really nice idea. Our place was very clean and lovingly designed. There was everything you need. The terrace made a real look with sun and snow. The sauna area was also a highlight. Perfect for relaxing. There is plenty to explore in the area, whether summer or winter, there is always something to explore. We would come back!

The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and well equipped. The location is ideal, you can reach the Streif on foot. Peter was super nice and helpful, the contact was uncomplicated. Clear recommendation!

We were at the cabin with two friendly families with small children (0-7 years) and EVERYTHING worked out wonderfully! The location is simply unbeatable, the rooms furnished with a lot of love and the mountain feeling and relaxation immediately there! Highly recommended for families and mountain lovers as the cabin & area are just wonderful. THANKS!

Alexander and his mother are very warm hosts who care that you feel comfortable and that you have everything you need. The apartment is perfectly located: quiet, only 10 minutes' walk to the train station with east-facing orientation and a large window to the balcony for plenty of sunlight in the morning, which makes you want to explore the surroundings. The small breakfast is the perfect start to the day! The products are of very good quality. And where else can you still get breakfast in a real AirBnB?! Fantastic! Thanks for the wonderful mini-break! I am totally thrilled and will definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our stay with Norbert! It was truly a home away from home. He was very generous, thoughtful, and went above and beyond on showing us around the town, bringing cake, and picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. The place is very cozy with everything you’d need, peaceful, and well located to public transport, grocery stores, and even hikes. Definitely will be back!

What a great place! Very clean cabin, surrounded by breathtaking views, ski slope behind the house, well equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a great holiday. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Also the host and house owners were very helpful and communicative. They helped us with everything we needed ! We will definitely return!!

The facilities were nice and cozy, communication was fast, and they were proactive in helping. It was a special experience. I was satisfied with the 5-star campsite.

A nice and large house in a fantastic place if you want to ski (and are not afraid of a red slope). Beautiful views. The house is cozy and homey, is also used by the residents themselves, so keep in mind stocked kitchen cabinets and personal belongings here and there. That is not disturbing, there is enough space to store your own belongings. The house was clean, the bedrooms spacious. The beds were made up on arrival and slept fine. The sauna is also nice after a day outside in the snow. For groceries or (fresh) bread, you have to drive 10 minutes and there is no Wi-Fi in the house. In any case, we had a wonderful few days

A quiet, wonderful holiday in a totally idyllic location. Katharina was always super friendly and easy to reach. Those who love peace and quiet and still want to experience a lot around it are in very good hands in their mountain hut. We will be happy to come back!
