On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a stream. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest Wi-Fi available!

Beautiful walks can start right outside the front door & from the balcony from the 2nd floor there is a magnificent view of the countryside. The house is located on a quiet one-way street close to the city and water, as well as close to the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and the popular South Beach with various good restaurants and bars. Large windows let a lot of light into the apartment.

Right at the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and walking distance to the beach and harbor. There are great nightlife and main attractions on the doorstep. The location is also a great base for bike rides and excursions. The apartment is equipped with all everyday necessities. An elevator stops on the mezzanine floor, so only a few steps lead directly to the front door.

You will sleep in the beautiful historic Bant in a shipyard, built in 1876. The neighborhood is centrally located and yet very quiet. The sea and the city center are close by and can be reached both on foot and by bike in a short time, (beach promenade about 3 km, Train station and pedestrian zone about 2 km).
