Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Here you live directly on the parallel road to the shore on the Havel, where you are on the beach in 1 minute to go directly with the SUP or to picnic comfortably and cool off in between. The apartment has a fireplace, which is also inviting in the cold season. In 5 minutes you can walk across the bridge to the bicycle and boat rental Krüger&Till, where you can take great tours through the Brandenburg countryside. With the regional train you are quickly in Potsdam (8 min) and Berlin 38 min.

Our 4-room apartment on the 2nd floor is located in one of the most beautiful places in Werder - in the middle of the beautiful island. Here you will find the old town with former fishermen's houses, pretty alleys, churches, a historic mill and small shops. Everything is surrounded by greenery and water. Near the apartment there is a bakery, restaurants, cafes and a boat and bicycle rental. From Werder you can reach Potsdam and Berlin by train and car in less than 30 minutes.

You’ll be picked up by dinghy in Werder (Havel) and experience genuine Robinson Crusoe vibes on this little gem. The gentle sound of the waves and the ever-changing views of the river Havel, as the wind keeps the anchored boat slowly moving, are all part of the charm. Maximum standing height below deck: 1.75m. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

You are a 2-minute walk from the beautiful, crystal-clear Plessower Lake. Finally, peace... You only hear natural sounds, water birds, frogs, foxes and hedgehogs.
