The stylishly renovated and well-furnished apartment on the 1st floor in 2020 is suitable for anyone who wants to explore the Schlei and Baltic Sea region individually. There are a total of 2 bedrooms with one double bed each, as well as 2 sofa beds in the living room. The apartment with real wood parquet can accommodate 4-6 persons, and as a special highlight, has a covered roof loggia with Schleiblick. Wifi, TV with Netflix. The apartment is not suitable for children under the age of 6 due to a spiral staircase.

The apartment on the upper floor of a single-family home offers plenty of space to feel good for two people and a toddler. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area within a 15-minute walk of downtown. The bright living room and the south-facing balcony invite you to relax. You can park your car right by the house in the carport. Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed. If you are looking for a quiet, fully equipped accommodation for your stay in beautiful Kappeln, you have come to the right place.

Lotte. Right on the Schlei!

"Lotte," the big sister of "Liese" in the same house. Both in picturesque Arnis. The duplex, which was completely renovated in 2023, was provided with a no-frills interior. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof structure, a (children's) bedroom, a bathroom and guest toilet. Above it is a spacious sleeping loft. The courtyard of the house leads into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. Here you can swim and relax on your own jetty.

Apartment right on the Schlei

The apartment for one person is freshly renovated (January 2025). A spacious balcony (with awning) invites you to linger with a panoramic view of the Schlei and the folding bridge. The location is unique! Directly above the fishing port and still central (5 minutes' walk to the city center). Your private bathroom is directly across from the apartment (2 steps across the hallway). Our house is an absolute non-smoking house (not even on the balcony!) and we do not allow pets!

Idyllic house by the sea

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Beautiful apartment no. 4 with balcony near Schlei

If you are looking for relaxation, this apartment (1st floor) is just right. It has enough space for 2 adults (+1 other person). The associated kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all the appliances that make the stay easier. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the balcony. Pets are allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone or promenade is only a 15-minute walk away.

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Cozy tiny house near Schleinähe in a secluded location

Experience the overnight stay in the middle of nature in the conservation area. A magical circus wagon, made with predominantly ecological material, solar power and with simple but cozy furnishings. It has an eco-toilet, a solar shower and a small kitchen with running water. The oven spreads cozy warmth and is heated with wood. The swimming area on the Schlei is 500 meters away. The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.

Bullerbü vacation home Arnis

This holiday home, 55m², is ideal for 2 people and is situated in a stunning location in Germany’s smallest town, offering views of the marina and direct access to the Schlei. Completed in August 2012 and very well maintained, the Swedish-red wooden house is fully insulated. Floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Schlei are featured both in the downstairs living room and in the upstairs gallery.

Vacation home on the Baltic Sea

The detached vacation home Auf der Ostsee in Kappeln offers 120 m² of space for up to eight people. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open, fully equipped kitchen, sauna, underfloor heating, a garden with terrace, balcony and good sea views. The sandy beach is only a few meters away. Private parking for two vehicles, Wi-Fi and a garden house are provided.

Double room Emma farm with brewery

Our farm has been family-owned since 1870. In our annex there is a cozy newly designed double room. With us in the main house you can enjoy your breakfast (for €16.50 per person extra) with a magnificent view of the garden! In addition, our son is a brewer and the Weltbrauerei is located on our farm.
