The apartment on the upper floor of a single-family home offers plenty of space to feel good for two people and a toddler. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area within a 15-minute walk of downtown. The bright living room and the south-facing balcony invite you to relax. You can park your car right by the house in the carport. Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed. The apartment for one person is freshly renovated (January 2025). A spacious balcony (with awning) invites you to linger with a panoramic view of the Schlei and the folding bridge. The location is unique! Directly above the fishing port and still central (5 minutes' walk to the city center). Your private bathroom is directly across from the apartment (2 steps across the hallway). Our house is an absolute non-smoking house (not even on the balcony!) and we do not allow pets!

If you are looking for relaxation, this apartment (1st floor) is just right. It has enough space for 2 adults (+1 other person). The associated kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all the appliances that make the stay easier. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the balcony. Pets are allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone or promenade is only a 15-minute walk away.

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Liese. Directly at the Schlei!

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

Haus Seestern

Haus Seestern is a bright and modern apartment on the first floor of a new building. There is a garden with a terrace and grill. The fully equipped apartment has an open kitchen with dishwasher. There is also a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower. It is located only 3 km from the Schlei and 5 km from the Baltic Sea and the landscape offers perfect opportunities for cycling tours.

Our farm has been family-owned since 1870. In our annex there is a cozy newly designed double room. With us in the main house you can enjoy your breakfast (for €16.50 per person extra) with a magnificent view of the garden! In addition, our son is a brewer and the Weltbrauerei is located on our farm.
