Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

The apartment is located on the upper floor of a single-family house and is accessible via an external staircase. It is quiet, in mint condition, stylishly furnished and has a large terrace. Behind the house is a bus stop, with hourly connections to Lofer / Zell am See, Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. A grocery store, a public outdoor swimming pool with sauna and fitness center, the Saalach and various hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house.

The chalet is directly accessible by car. Parking is included. From here you can enjoy many hiking tours, mountain bike tours, climbing opportunities, rafting, thermal baths and numerous excursions with family or friends. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in a rural atmosphere near Salzburg. The other tourist highlights such as Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut and Lake Chiemsee can also be reached quickly by car. Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.

The bus stop towards Salzburg or Bad Ischl is only a 7-minute walk away. From here you can reach all sights or excursion destinations in about half an hour.
