Where can we begin to share the many special touches that we received from Claudia during our stay? Everything was special! Coordinating in advance was easy and flexible. We received a warm greeting when we arrived (we never felt pressured to be super punctual which was so helpful for us as foreigners, unfamiliar with the area). The house is so adorable, inside and out, situated just outside of town for easy walking, but private on a small river with a lovely backyard. Also, It was very easy access to both Berchtesgaden and Salzburg. We were treated like family throughout our stay. We were welcomed to enjoy the yard and access to the river. We had the entire upstairs level for our family of 4 with comfortable beds, bright and clean. Bountiful breakfast made to order with the best fresh eggs we've ever had in our life! Little Nelly, the family dog, greeted us with licks every morning and we loved to invite her into the room to pet. We loved little Nelly. Claudia is very generous with her time and special touches. She told us about some special programs in the area that we never would have known about and we did take her up on one, a musical evening in the Gorge/Klamm. It was wonderful. By the time we left we felt like family. Claudia, her husband, her parents, and adorable children will make you also feel like family. If you like to mingle with the locals and feel all the comfort of home while away, this is the place for you.

Unfortunately I was not able to meet Claudia in person. Had I been able to stay in her home, I know it would have been a great experience. Me and my husband stayed one night in Claudia's house. Claudia is most friendly person and we felt very welcome. Room was beautiful, peaceful and big. We reserved the room very late, so we found fast reservation very useful.

Shirley, a very good landlord, her house in the village near the town of Loveland, you can see snow-capped mountains, only 40 km from King Lake, if you are driving from King's Way Enchanted Forest Lake also Ramsau town . Her house on the second floor, is a new house, very comfortable and clean, well equipped, well swing trampoline yard, next to the racecourse. Shirley's husband also helped move our heavy luggage upstairs, but let us go to her home steam sauna, especially moved us is that when we go she gave us 5 lift tickets, we take a cable car up to the Los Eph hilltop town, the scenery is especially beautiful, large flowers, really big surprise! Chinese friends come by car, the B & B is well worth you to live, much recommended! Shirty's house, is very new and comfortable, in a beautiful village, she and her husband are very nice, we are very happy in her house, she send us 5 tickets to take cable, and the ticket is free, is a big surprise, we thank Shirley very much, we welcome she and her family to China! her house is very good, and the price is very good too!

Location is super for us as we only have to travel one hour from our earlier destination and one hour to our next one. Magnificent view of snow cap mountain and there's a farm house just right in front of the house where our kids really enjoyed the experience getting so close up with all the farm animals (horses, chicken, pigs, turkey, goose). There are a few cute rabbits too belonging to the host. The house is exactly like in the photos and cleaniness of the house is tip top too. Not much interaction with the host as we only saw her during check in where she showed us around the house and we left the house key in the mailbox during check out time. It would be great if hot beverages were provided like some other Airbnb that we stayed before even if it's just instant coffee sachet. But nonetheless it was a fabulous experience staying at Shirley's place. Highly recommended for families with kids.

The Shirley apartment is very well located in the charming town of Lofer. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. Shirley is adorable, smiling and always ready to help. It is a perfect location for children. Ours loved the sauna.

We stayed at Martin's family's place for a few days over Christmas this year and though it wasn't what we were expecting it was a really great, unique Christmas. We thought we'd have a house to ourselves but it's actually a small, self-contained apartment within the family home. With that said, on Christmas Eve, the family left homemade cookies in a tin outside our door and later invited us to have drinks with them. We spent an unexpectedly fun night drinking, chatting (despite language barriers) and playing a traditional game called farmer's roulette, which I loved. The Fuchs are incredibly warm, kind-hearted people and that alone makes their place worth staying at. Apart from that the home is surrounded by mountains and there's very little light pollution, which made for some great star-gazing at night.

This was, hands down, the best Airbnb experience I have had. The Fuchs were hospitable and kind, and the view was gorgeous. The room is exactly as it looks in the pictures.

Our staying experience At the Foxes with the Fuchs family was amazing, in fact more than amazing. The Fuchs are a great, friendly, helpful and generous bunch of people and a sweet family. We were here for 5 nights and now we can easily say that they were very very less. We should have stayed more with the Fuchs family at the foxes. The house is great, beautiful, very cosy and clean. We loved to have breakfast at the balcony with an amazing view mountains every morning and have a few beers with the hosts at the night over some great fun conversations. The house is great, very well maintained, well equipped with things you need everyday for cooking. The balcony view is breathtaking. Unken is a quiet little mountain town - it has some nice walks close-by along the river, and we also visited close-by Lofer, which was stunning, and the city of Salzburg, which was very beautiful too. Great apartments. All as pictured. Very quiet location and natural vision. Found a place on the description of Hannah without problems. For future guests spread GPS location N(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Small minus the elevator does not go to the 3rd floor.

Hannah is very responsible. She will respond you any time some! The location is great. Not only it is in a nice and quite private "park"( 鸟语花香) but also is close to a lot of nature hiking, camping etc. The room is small. But we three people still feel good. There are contain everything we need. The bed is real a real bed. Our family had a very nice trip!

The location is quite beautiful. We had a nice stay at this place. The issues we have faced are, 1) The address mentioned is not correct. We actually reached a place around 2 km far from the actual place. Luckily an old man came and guided us to the right place. We tried calling the host but unfortunately she didn't respond. If the host could post the actual address it would be great. 2) Washbasin pipe started leaking water when we used the basin. We told the situation to the management and the issue was resolved in a day. 3) The floor was a little sticky, seemed like someone had dropped some syrup on it and didn't clean it properly. 4) As it is clearly mentioned that we have to pay for the bed sheets if we use them so we paid, but instead of putting two double bed sheets, they provided us with four single bed sheets and charged for four bed sheets separately I.e 30 euros. Otherwise the location of the apartment is really nice and refreshing.

Unless you have a car to travel around, otherwise it's definitely not the best choice to stay here. We booked this place for 3D2N and to be honest it was rather disappointing. You need to pay for the clean bed linens and sheets as well as for clean towels. In total the three of us paid another 52.59€ including the cleaning fees and tourist fees (the Austria law, I understood). The bed linens and sheets is too much which left us speechless. Also you have to make the bed yourself, putting the sheets and linens, pillow cases. The place is little bit worn out, not worth the value we paid for. We didn't know the parking area is far away from the apartment itself. Hannah is a very lovely and responsive host. She provided all the information we needed, gave us a clear guide on the directions. She replied messages almost instantly and proactively.

Hannah's place was in a beautiful part of Austria. When booking it I thought it was a little closer to Salzburg than it actually is but there is a reliable bus that takes you to and from town. The bus stop is at the main entrance of the estate which is also very handy. We managed to get into Salzburg everyday we were there without a hitch. Lofer is gorgeous and it was very nice to come back to after a day of sightseeing. It seemed like a charming village out of a movie. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Hannah's place was perfect for what we wanted, a place out of town with lots of good hiking tracks nearby, gorgeous scenery and an easy drive from Salzburg. Spot on. Apartment had everything we needed, and was really clean. Grounds of castle are super pretty. Hannah was really helpful with directions and check in info. I would highly recommend this place!

Claudia is a very friendly and caring host. I am traveling alone and felt at home immediately. The room was nice and clean. The village has two restaurants. I chose the Dorfcafe which offers a non-pretentious but good meal. If I ever am around, I will choose for Claudia again.

Claudia has been very hospitable, friendly, and has a personal approach. She and her husband have been quite helpful with suggestions where to go, what to do with what type of weather, and with offering general advice. The room is clean and basic yet comfortable, the breakfast is nice and will feed you for a good morning hike (plenty of those in the immediate surroundings). All in all, two thumbs up!

I had a wonderful stay at Claudia's home which is set in the hills and mountains of Austria, thus making for a beautiful setting and location. From the greeting and hello's upon arrival as well as with the quick tour of the rooms and facilities and meeting many of the wonderful little children all made for a very welcoming stay. The home is well kept and very inviting with all the wonderful Austrian wood work and designs. The room and bed were very comfortable and all provided for a very restful stay. I had a very nice stay at Claudia's place. Claudia is super-friendly and a very welcoming host. Although the house is quite close to the main road, I didn't notice that at all and slept very well. It was a wonderful house in a wonderful setting. The house was beautiful as it reflect the images and Otmar was a great host. He showed us everything, tips for activities, food and even a jogging track shown. Also during our stay he was always approachable. We felt from the start very well and it was really everything available, which makes a stay in the mountains almost luxurious. Unken is a cute little place with beautiful places, all the necessary shops, good hiking and even a beautiful swimming pool. We have made from there very nice trips, even if it sometimes hard lot to get up from the hammock overlooking the mountains. We traveled with 3 children and dog and it was a fantastic vacation. Sabine is very nice and so is her place. The view at the front door is amazing. The kitchen was well-equipped and all rooms are clean and tidy. She was very thoughtful and various essentials were prepared including towels, bath towels and shower gels etc. I'd like to highly recommend Sabine'a place if anyone is planning to stay in Lofer/Königssee area. Very suitable for group of friends, couples or family travelling together. --------------------------------------------- Sabine ist sehr nett, ihre Wohnung ist auch sehr angenehm zu übernachten, durch Fenster hat man auch wunderschöne Sicht von dem Berg. Die Küche ist gut gestattet und alle Zimmer sind sauber und in Ordnung. Sabine hat schon Duschtuch, Dusche, Shampoo, usw. für uns vorbereitet. Ich will gerne die Ankunft von Sabine empfehlen. Falls jemand einen Besuch nach Lofer/Königssee vor hat, ist ihre Wohnung ganz geeignet für Gruppe von Freunden oder Familien.

i can't say enough about how pleased we were with our stay at sabine's. she was gracious, her father in-law, mother and husband were all very welcoming and helpful with information and directions. the flat was all that could be desired and we would return in a flash. it was a storybook destination.

What a haven Sabine and her family have created. A beautiful base for exploring the area around Lofer. She greeted me warmly and went through everything I was likely to need to know and got a Summer card for me so I could use the cable car up the mountain. Plenty of room to self cater or several restaurants nearby. A quiet area with a beautiful view across fields to the mountains. I stayed one more day but could have stayed a week.

The apartment got everything what needed, it's comfortable and well equipped. The view of the mountains is very spectacular, and it's really relaxing to stay in this area close to the nature. Sabine is absolutely helpful and a very kind host. The communication was easy and flawless.

Sabine was very nice and accommodating even though we showed up much later than expected. The apartment was spacious with two rooms, two full bathrooms and a kitchen with wonderful views of the Mountains.

Alone of the way, as Sabine answers the phone, you can already imagine how incredibly hospitable and cheerful Sabine is. Also Sabines man, Andi, who received me and my girlfriend late at night, is very sympathetic. Even before we arrived, the two have made sure that we feel at home. Andi gave us a tour of the apartment and we were very pleasantly surprised. For when I have the apartment booked at the beginning of October, the apartment was advertised as a 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen and bathroom. In between time other premises have been renovated in the house and the apartment was now a 2 room apartment with two separate bathrooms that we could use at no extra charge! By renovations including new windows were installed, the cold have (daytime -8 degrees) very well insulated. It was warm and bright in the apartment. Also, the apartment was very clean and tidy. Even the dishes and cutlery in the kitchen was extremely clean and in very good condition. I know that from conventional apartments different. I must therefore also praise! The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and everyone greets everyone. Lofer city center can be reached on foot in five minutes. The shopping center Spar is even closer. In the center you will find everything possible, including several bakeries and a butcher. The lift-to-door can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes via a nice way, so we have not even considered to drive by car or public. All in all, we could not be happier. If we want to do in Lofer vacation again, we will immediately think of Apartment Sabine and Andi. We can view the property Recommend anytime. Maybe we will meet next time in the summer.

Sabine was first very welcomed us, it was immediately put at ease thanks to its good humor. She then shows us the accommodation that corresponds totally to the photos. Then she told us activities to do in the area and restaurants to which she advised us to go (Hochmoos is excellent). In the apartment there is everything necessary for a pleasant stay shortage can be a small cabinet or counter space in the bathroom. We were very pleased with the accommodation and were pleasantly surprised by the service and communication with Alexandro and his mother. The hotel has everything you need, except for WiFi, which we anyway not really needed with a direct view of the magnificent mountains in the area. We recommend!

Sehr schöne, helle und großzügig geschnittene Wohnung. Einrichtung und Materialien sind ingesamt recht modern aber mit traditionellen Elementen gemischt, das macht sie sehr gemütlich. Unsere Wohnung hatte eine große Fensterfront mit Sicht auf die Berge und großem Balkon. Liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und man ist schnell bei der Skistation und im Ortszentrum. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

We had a lovely time at Dawn's - so good in fact that we ended up extending our stay. She and her husband, Jeff, were so welcoming and friendly we felt instantly "at home". They provided us with lots of useful information and happily made themselves available to answer any of our questions. The room was airy, bright and very clean with a great view of the mountains. The bed was very comfortable, the shower perfect and the breakfast plentiful (far too much for our appetites!). Lofer (the town) is a lovely little village and a good base to explore from - close enough to both Salzburg and Großglockner to do as day trips. There are also lots of short walks nearby (also along the river). If we ever we back this way we hope to be able to stay again.

Very friendly, short walk to the ski lift, spotless clean, good breakfast, our room was a bit small (but we knew while booking and solved it using wardrobe and putting luggage away). We will recommend this place to friends!

Dawn and Jeff are a British couple, they make you feel very welcome, nothing is too much trouble. They gave us great ideas of where to go, what to see and brilliant suggestions on restaurants. We arrived by motorbike in the rain and Jeff took all our wet gear and dried it off for us while Dawn made us a cuppa - brilliant. We were able to keep our motorbike under a car port which was a real bonus. The house is on a busy road but once inside its hard to believe that thanks to the triple glazed windows which are very effective. It is a short walk into the town where there are many good restaurants, cafes, shops and banks. Dawn provides a good breakfast and is fastidious with cleanliness. We had a brilliant stay and were sad to leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Dawn. She made us very welcome and was helpful with ideas about where to dine. While the room was small it did have a lovely balcony which could be used in fine weather. Recommend it to everybody. We were at Lofer off season and it was lovely and peacful experience. The studio appartment had a beautiful view and was a great place to return to after a day of hiking the surrouding mountains.

My stay at Herbert's was fantastic! The apartment is equipped with a kitchen that is fully stocked (including a dishwasher!) and access to laundry. The location is fabulous, with beautiful scenery right outside the door and easy access to great hiking. It is close to the main bus stop in Lofer, so it was simple to get there from Salzburg. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and would definitely recommend it.

The hosts are really nice, friendly and helpful if you need anything. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, fully functioning kitchen etc. Very clean, very comfortable with breathtaking views and definitely value for money. The location is spot on, Lofer centrum is a stones throw away. The house is surrounded by mountains with a ski slope and lifts up the mountain right next to the house. There are plenty of amazing walks and hiking trails to do in the area and really worth doing - it's stunning. I highly recommend staying at Herbert's.

We stayed four nights at Herbert. The apartment was nice, cozy, quaint and functional. A comfortable bed, powerful shower. The apartment is located at the end of the runway. The location of the apartments leaves in summer for hiking and in winter it is ideal for skiing. Kitchen is small but functional and beautiful. Herbert is a good host! Mark and Eve.

There were four for 3 nights at Mathias and made us feel at home! The property is up to date and guarantees pure feel good! We were able to cook every night, a supermarket is located in the well Easter Sunday and Good Friday open had! Mathias is a good-hearted man and can give tips for everything, whether hiking, large or small rounds and if the weather is not quite play along has he also ensures an alternative in stock! Definitely worth the trip could not be better !! Will definitely be back!

We have not had the pleasure of meeting Juergen, but communication with it was still easy. The accommodation is particularly suited for vacation. It is spacious, well equipped, well organized, comfortable and quiet. It is very relaxing. Probably the best accommodation of our stay in Germany. We highly recommend.

Cozy apartment with nice views and well located in the village is very peaceful and quiet. Good agreement regarding key and arrival. Fantastic in terms of location. Complete terms of equipment, neat and clean. Only the wifi we could not turn because the front desk where we had to arrange was closed. Fortunately offered Tourist outcome but that was back a few minutes' walk away. Wonderful stay, we like to come back in Inzell.

We had an excellent stay in the appartment, very well placed in the lovely and peaceful village of Inzell (3minutes walking distance to the center of the village). For 2 people, the size of the apartment is more than enough. We really enjoyed the balcony which gives on a beautiful landscape (houses and mountains). The appartment style is old school and the bathroom is a bit old but it is is overall very comfortable, especially for the price. The pictures on the website do not show how nice the appartment and the village are. We communicated with Juergen only by email and never met him but everything was clear enough and we had no problem to check-in neither to check-out. Inzell is the perfect place to rest and it offers also many activities (swimming pool, spa, mini golf, natural lake, soccer golf, hiking, biking....) and nice restaurants. Jürgen has made me super easy in the run, he gave very detailed descriptions and information and useful Tipps.Unser stay (2 adults / 1 child) was mega comfortable, in the apartment makes you feel like at home, the kitchen has been newly installed and it was really that you need everything together with large balcony overlooking the mountains included. Inzell is a charming, small authentic town and you can super take much from there, we would come immediately.

Accommodation was excellent in Inzell we loved it. The apartment was spacious, with a handy kitchen. The apartment is located in a quiet part of town, which is very friendly. Most we appreciated the balcony with amazing mountain views. Ideal place to visit. It took half an hour to Berchtesgaden, half an hour from Salzburg.

We stayed in Juergen's appartment for 3 nights. We were three adults, and the space is enough for us. The appartment is 70-80's style, but clean and got everything we need. We didn't have a chance to meet Juergen, but we got a very good communication by email with him. He was really helpful. Inzell itself is pretty charming. We got inzell card from tourist office that allowed us to have a lot of advantages during our stay.

The cozy apartment is centrally located in Inzell, yet quiet and picturesque, we felt very comfortable from the first moment. From quaint balcony with comfortable chairs one has a magnificent and beautiful views of the mountains and in the nature. The apartment is very clean, with well-equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, small oven, two burner stove, exhaust), flat screen TV, stereo, well dissolved separation between sleeping and living area in one room. The beds are very comfortable, with two separate mattresses. Both in the apartment, as well as in the small village you can find everything you need for a great holiday. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakers, butchers, swimming pool with natural swimming lake, bike rental, mountains for hiking - all within walking distance. The location is perfect for beautiful excursions in the area, mountain lakes, alpine meadows, to the Chiemsee, to Salzburg, Königsee, Berchtesgaden and to all the many beautiful attractions in the vicinity. We were without a car go by public transport and it worked wonderfully. The bus services are very good, as well as the always well-signposted hiking and cycling trails. The time in Inzell and in the apartment we enjoyed very much. Juergen we have not met in person, e-mail contact with him was extremely friendly, nice, well-organized, fast and extremely simple. He stood ready at any time for questions and has stood by our side. His deputy on site was also very kind and caring - it was all very important to make our holiday a success. Many thanks again! Not to forget the extras that one thanks to the Inzell Card, a guest card which is offered by Jürgen, in the area can take advantage of free or reduced. Buses, lake, bicycle rental, sauna, indoor swimming pool, library, cable cars etc. The choice is very varied and came to us in good stead. Inzell does a lot for its guests in the guest house you will always advise you friendly and competent. Inzell is a village with the infrastructure of a well-functioning city. We (family of five) had a great stay at Elenas place. The communication with Elena was very good and she replyed instantly to the questions we had before our stay. The appartment is central located in a small but very cosy city. We came during the summer and used the local outdoor swimming area, which the kids loved. We got free access with the summer card provided with the rent. The same goes for the lift up in the mountain, which is also worth a visit for a hike. The appartment it self was clean and nice. It had everything we needed and you could see that it was newly renovated (we were told 2006) which seems about right. We would definately consider staying at Elenas place the next time we need acommodation in that area of Austria.

We took a chance and booked this place with no recommendations. But it was awesome and met all our expectations and even more. Elena answered all our questions quickly and honestly. It was great. Everything was very clean and it turned out that the price included entrance to some attractions in the area as well (e.g. the pool, lift to the mountains and other nature experiences). We had a great time in Elena's apartment with a view to the mountains. Make sure that your gps is accurate or that you know exactly what the house looks like because in that area house numbers are spread all over the area and not in a successive order :-) I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

We rested a family with two children in the apartment for 4 days. We were in the car. The apartment is comfortable and clean. Helen was so kind to us, and issued Sonenkart which gave free entry to the pool, which is a 5 min. on foot and by a cable car. Location We really enjoyed it. The only negative is the proximity of the main road and close to the noise from passing trucks around the clock. Nearby are many shops, with products no problem. Elena was very friendly and ready to help in everything. In general we were very pleased. Thank you Elena!

Very comfortable apartment, clean, modern, good quality. The kitchen was in the suites, but for our family refrigerator mal.Hozyaeva was allowed to use the freezer in the kitchen on the first etazhe.V children's room and bedroom en suite. Near the house is a playground with a hammock. The pool went to schlepkah and swimsuits, as Fall close to the hotel. Podemniki- nearby. At the second level rise in the mountains found a vending machine with cold fresh milk. The children drank with pleasure. On Tuesdays all summer in the town of children's holiday. Inflating helium balloons, painting the faces children, live music. We went to a nearby village to play on the playground. Actually, all great!

Elena is a very good landlord, though not seen, but kept in touch by phone and information. The room was large, well equipped, walking to the nearby supermarket. The current occupancy rate is not high season, the whole building is only one of our tenants, there are construction workers are renovated, very enthusiastic. I recommend
