Fantastische Lage mit Panoramablick vom Balkon. Geräumige Wohnung, alles pikobello sauber. Hühnerstall, Schwein, Hofhund, Katze, Pferd - es war quasi Urlaub auf dem (Bio-)Bauernhof. Dazu nette Gastgeber - was will man mehr? Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft für Ruhesuchende, Naturliebhaber und Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

Het is een mooie slingerweg naar bijna de top van de berg maar zeker de moeite waard ! Een geweldig mooi uitzicht.... we zaten bij een boerderij waar een geweldig mooi netjes appartement bij zat met alle voorzieningen ! Vanuit elk raam in het appartement heb je een fenomenaal uitzicht! Wat een rustig mooi plekje ! Elke morgen kraait de haan .... heerlijk

Margret has everything super organized, so that we could feel directly after arriving like home. The house is beautiful with views of the mountains and lots of sun. Otherwise, plenty of space for a large group. In particular, the living room with fireplace makes the hotel a cozy place. Overall, highly recommended.

The Tratl house is a very nice and quiet accommodation, perfect for skiing in the Zillertal! For 8 people, the house has the perfect size. The ski bus will pick you up as needed at the house and will take an après ski after again home safely. Margret is a very dedicated hostess, communication worked great and it has happy to provide us with any information. We would come back immediately!

We felt very comfortable. 10 minutes by car to the ski resort. Very quiet and beautiful location on the mountain. Woodstove heating in the hall, electric radiators in the rooms.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Waren mit 4 kleinen Kindern (1-4 Jahre) da und konnten die Zrit richtig genießen. Vor allem der überdachte Freisitz ist klasse.

Comfortable accommodation in the village of Stumm. Everything you need, clean and very warm for a relaxing holiday. 8 minutes for a great ski resort. We wished the weather and snow conditions, so we enjoyed a winter holiday.

We were with our two children in Rudolf's house and enjoyed our ski holiday very. The apartment is spacious and the floor heating has warmed up for the day on the slopes quickly. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. Less than 5 minutes you need to get to the bottom station Kaltenbach and the village of Stumm, Rudolf house is situated on the outskirts in a quiet side-offers from supermarket, bakery, restaurants and a pizzeria (also sale to fetcher) everything you need , For our holiday, it was the perfect accommodation.

Very nice apartment with a lot of space for a 2+2 family. Everything was as we expected it to be. Value for money. Very close to ski area in Kaltenbach. Clear communication with a landlord and his assistant.

One of the best stay in Austria. Our host Doris is very gentle and soft spoken. The location is great and views from the balcony was outstanding and the views were spectacular and mesmerizing. I just did not feel to leave the place. I will surely recommend this place. Definitely must visit. The house was clean, fully equipped and we just loved it. Our host was very nice. I requested her to use washer /dryer to wash few clothes. She never denied and willingly agreed and herself did it for me. Please visit this place. It is uphill but the drive and view is worth all the drive.

A great apartment with a fabulous view of the opposite Kaltenbach / Hochfügen with a great sun terrace where you can leave for a day end on skis the day. Inside the apartment is taken care of everything, even the many small things in kitchen and bathroom that must otherwise often bring. We stayed as a family with our 2 sons (14-15) there, place it has in the 3 bedrooms but also enough for 6 people.

Die kurze Version unserer Bewertung und Zusammenfassung in einem Wort: PERFEKT. Der Bergkristall liegt in bezaubernder Lage im Zillertal und war für etwas über einer Woche in der Tat unser Zuhause. Das geht nur, wenn alles perfekt zusammenkommt. Wir konnten schon in der ersten Mail die Gastfreundschaft heraushören und wurden bei der persönlichen Begrüßung mehr als bestätigt. Das Gastgeber Ehepaar hat uns mit der Wohnung im Bergkristall einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub ermöglicht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt geschnitten, ausgestattet und gestaltet und gab uns zu jeder Zeit das "Zuhause-Gefühl", dass man im Urlaub sonst fast immer vermisst. Wir hätten gerne mehr Tage einfach nur in der Wohnung auf der Terrasse verbracht, wurden aber durch die vielen tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten immer wieder verleitet rauszufahren. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt im Bergkristall werden wir definitiv länger bleiben und mehr Zeit auf der Sonnenterrasse und in Bergen verbringen. Erg gezellig appartement, goede faciliteiten, geweldige locatie, aanbevolen voor skiërs, omdat veel grote skigebieden zijn in de buurt. De gastheren zijn erg vriendelijk. We kunnen dit hotel aan iedereen aanraden.

Nous avons rencontré uniquement Marta , très accueillancte , nous a communiqué toutes les informations requises pour passer un excellent séjour. L'appart a une excellente vue panoramique, très propres et très bien equipée ( la cuisine est neuve, four etc..) Rien à dire.. la région est belle .. avec des belles balades possibles .. It was truly lovely . The mountain view, the atmosphere, the laughter and chats we shared here. We had a memorable stay. We went skiing nearby -- the train took us fairly close to Zillertal ski arena. Then we came home to this cosy wooden home, cooked a hot meal and slept so comfortably! If you're superstitious about cemeteries outside the home, you might be afraid to stay here. However we were not afraid (well honestly, at least I overcome my fears on the first night:) . And having church bells nearby was a beautiful thing in this quiet and serene abode.

We liked the apartment very much. Everything was totally uncomplicated.

The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen as on the pictures, it has nothing missing.

The Dachgeschosswohung was very clean and everything available, which one needed. By earlier check-in has everything went smoothly and we were able to even earlier in the rooms. For skiing the location is perfect. The bus stop for the ski bus literally right outside the door

Karin's apartment is in a beautiful location. The view from the balcony is breath taking. The apartment is very nice with all amenities promised and required. The private parking is very convenient. It is approx 1 hours drive from innsbruck. Karin is a very warm host and was very welcoming. I would highly recommend her apartment.

We had a very nice time with Karin, the skilift is in the immediate vicinity and there is the possibility to drive down a valley almost directly to the apartment. Karin was very attentive and immediately contacted us.

We were disappointed that the apartment did not fit the pictures and description of the advertisement: instead of a modern apartment, we had rooms in a large old-apartment with a kitchen and toilet to share with possible other tenants. Fortunately, we were alone, so we got the apartment for us. We advise Karin published two separate listings for the two apartments to avoid confusion. Apart from this aspect, everything went well. Karin was friendly and was available and efficient when we encountered a problem

The appatment was comfortable, beautifully situated, and very well aquipped. We didn`t like the decoration so much, plastic flowers for example. Reinhilde was very helpful, friendly and accomodating.

This location was great for an overnight visit on our way to a skiing holiday. Reinhilde, our host was very friendly. For 4 people the price was quite high, but I guess that's what you can ask in high season in wintersport area.

Reinhilde was a very eager and welcoming host who took the trouble to make us feel welcome and was very helpful. The place was very clean and the locale felt authentic Tyrolian. The location is quiet and scenic, and we liked the restaurants in Aschau since they felt more local and less touristy. We were on a ski holiday and it was just an easy few minutes drive to the excellent skiing at Zillertal Arena. Definitely a nice place to stay.

Great apartment for the cost. The nearby road can be noisy and the facilities in the apartment are basic. however the location, price and the hospitality is great. Definitely a recommendation if you're looking for a basic/cheap but all-round good apartment.

We had a great week in the House Alpin :) Johanna is a very nice, competent and friendly hostess. The view from the balcony is simply the absolute dream ... Otherwise everything was clean and tidy as one could wish. I would go back anytime :)

Johanna and Hans both are very welcoming hosts. The location is amazing with the views of Zillertal and the distant snow capped mountains. The house is easily accessible by car and is very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Friendly host, clean appartement. We noticed people longer (1:83?) than us might not fit in beds. Next time, we would also check with Adamer Hof (URL HIDDEN) which is very near, as that might be even better value for money, but in case all reasonable priced hotels are gone, staying in Alpin works fine!
