My accommodation is located directly on the Walchensee shore with many sports facilities for anglers, hikers, skiers - the Herzogstandbahn can be reached on foot. The Duke's estate (the cable car can be reached on foot - you have a breathtaking view), the Benediktbeuern Monastery - the oldest Benedictine abbey in Upper Bavaria or the well-known Neuschwanstein Castle or Linderhof Castle - all offer interesting outflow destinations.
