Lütt Uttied in Jever – a beautiful small town in the district of Friesland. Our small holiday apartment (25 sqm) can accommodate up to two people and is located in the rear building of a charming old-style property. 'Lütt Uttied' is centrally located, with the city centre within easy walking distance, as are bakeries and grocery stores, but it's still wonderfully quiet. For a detour to the North Sea, it's worth taking a bike ride (approx. 15 km) through the Hookstief to the small coastal town of Hooksiel.

The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine as well as a dryer.

It is equipped with all the amenities you need for a successful stay. Highlights include the stylish decor with loving details. In particular, the spacious wooden terrace, which can be reached via several floor-to-ceiling doors, is equipped with comfortable furniture.

The apartment is on the upper floor and is accessible via an external staircase. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large bedroom is a quiet retreat with a double bed and a sofa bed. A second bedroom with box-spring bed and second bed in the gallery offers flexibility. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower. Towels and hairdryer are of course provided. Balcony and garden also create space to relax.

The building is located on a cul-de-sac. The property is well established. Part of the garden can also be used. A covered barbecue area is available for guests. Pets are allowed in this house; I charge €5 per dog per day. This amount is payable in cash on the day of arrival. A few things of daily life - bread and rolls can be purchased from me by reservation. I try to offer organic standard when possible.

Flooded with light and individual, a peaceful place of residence awaits you in a large farm garden. Beautiful starting point also for coastal and Frisian tours by bike.

Moin moin, you North Sea gulls!! We warmly welcome you to our Nordic Stay with about 140 m² of living space. Our spacious living and dining area invites you to enjoy cooking evenings and cozy meals. The modern kitchen is well equipped with induction stovetop, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and much more. Our apartment on the first floor has its own parking space.

Holiday home Mühlenstrasse Jever / North Sea

The vacation home is fully equipped and has a cozy courtyard. Two parking spaces are right outside the door. Linens and towels are included. Sights, shopping, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. The North Sea coast is about 12 km away, perfect for exploring Friesland, East Friesland and the islands. Two e-bikes can be rented by arrangement.

Moorlandsblick

The apartment is located close to the center and yet on the outskirts of town overlooking the moorland (upper floor). The train station is 750 meters away and the castle is 1000 meters away. The moorland is, so to speak, at your doorstep and invites you to hike and jog. A crib (on request), changing table and baby bathtub are available.

Home away from home....that is the motto of this apartment...arrive and feel good... The apartment is on two floors...in the basement there is a small cozy living room, a bedroom with a 1.60 m box spring bed, the kitchen and the bathroom. A staircase leads up to another 35 square meter bedroom.
