All the facilities for self catering are available in the caravan but the site offers many food outlets to meet your family needs (incl. a shop). We also have DVDs, books and games to keep everyone occupied.

Newly built property that allows you to have privacy with all your home comforts provided. There is free shared parking at property and surrounding streets. We are 1.5 miles from the beach, 1 mile from train station with a bus stop 2 minute walk away. We are near to the Exe trail. Exeter city is 8 miles away.

Home From Home The lounge has a large corner sofa, colour smart TV, DVD player, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+ and Paramount TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen also comes with a microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle and fridge/ freezer. Master bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe. The other two bedrooms have twin beds (that can be made into a double) and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a second separate toilet and wash basin.

Our home from home is located on Havens flag ship site in Devon cliffs. On the decking area we have rattan furniture to enjoy a glass of wine or 2 on those beautiful sunny evenings. The holiday home is located on a very quiet area of the site and a 2 minute walk to a blue flag beach which is manned by lifeguards during high season. You can walk the cliffs tops into Exmouth which have beautiful panoramic sea views or take a stroll along the beach (tide depending). 48 Beech Walk

Our Swift Loire Caravan is just a few minutes walk from both the beach and complex with beautiful sea views. Short breaks with late check out are available. It has good mobile phone signal on three and EE. Entertainment passes are not included but can be purchased directly from Haven (subject to availability), please see the Haven website for details before making a booking.
