The first floor has six king bedrooms; the spacious master bedroom has a beautiful en suite bathroom with separate walk-in shower, and plenty of space for relaxation. An additional two bathrooms are located on this floor. The second floor comprises three luxurious bedrooms and one bathroom. The end bedroom is perfect for children with bunk beds and a cot within its own well-equipped playroom.   • An absolutely amazing house in the heart of a lovely seaside village. The hosts were very attentive to our needs before our visit and answered any questions within the hour. The house itself is incredible. So much space both inside and outside, with a lovely garden and sea views. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and even a hamper to make us feel very welcome. The rooms and bathrooms are also great and well equipped. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone who needs a large space for get togethers!

    This 4 bedroom stunning beach house is situated right on the estuary. The back gate steps down onto the beach! Sleeps 6 adults, 3 children in 4 lovely bedrooms. Every window has a view! With large comfortable sofas, open plan kitchen/dining area with stunning views and off-road parking we feel truly spoilt here! The house is quirky, rustic and beautifully put together. We hope you feel the same!
    This house is truly unique with its quirky features and luxury fittings. With 3 double bedrooms and one triple room, it can sleep up to 9 guests! Downstairs we have a lounge with 3 sofas and a lovely leather armchair. It's comfortable and cozy with doors leading into the back garden. The kitchen is large enough to easily cater for all your guests and is full of lovely little features. Of course we have everything you need, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a sink with a very nice view! The kitchen leads straight through to an incredible dining area. As you can see from the photos, the large table has outstanding views of the estuary! Downstairs also has a very convenient wet-room which can be accessed from inside the house as well as outside! Which means after a splash around on the river the kids can get straight into the shower without getting the house soaked. Upstairs we have two stunning double bedrooms, one triple bedroom, a bathroom and separate toilet. The third floor is exclusively for the master bedroom! With views up the river as far as the eye can see, white floor boards, en-suite shower room and large double bed.. you should be more than comfortable!
    Exmouth is lovely town with all you need o your doorstep. Coffee shops, sailing schools, bowling alleys, kitesurfing, bike hire.. and more!

  • This house is amazing, the location is incredible, truly amazing. We were there in the winter and we thought it was amazing, I can’t even begin to imagine how outstanding it is in the summer. The styling was amazing, all the amenities we would’ve wanted and the place was so nice and warm. Shaun always replied immediately to messages, whether it be requests for suggestions or questions about the property. If you are travelling with a group, try and nab the top room...views over the estuary were amazing! We had a great weekend, thanks to Shaun!

With amazing walks right on your doorstep it's ideal for a relaxing break.
    A modern studio apartment with stainless steel and glass balustrade and balcony. It has been furnished to a high standard and has a calm and relaxing aura. Every need has been thought of to ensure you have a memorable break. Riverview Studio is located opposite the slipway leading to the River Exe, which remains tidal at this point. On the slipway there is a picnic area with benches looking out across the Estuary to Powderham and Starcross and the nature reserves at Dawlish Warren. An ideal place to stroll over and watch the sun set. There are breath taking views of the estuary and beyond. Lympstone is a beautiful charming village on the Exe Estuary, with lots of character and friendly people. A local village store and a cafe selling tasty ice cream is a stroll away. There are 4 pubs in the village that range from a typical village pub to a stylish restaurant with an extensive menu and gourmet chef. Lympstone has excellent rail links that can take you to the nearby seaside town of Exmouth (5min train journey) or to the heart of Exeter City centre (20 min journey) the train station is a 2 minute walk from the studio. There is a Village car park (very reasonably priced) 100 yds from the Studio and off street parking nearby. The cycle path is outside the front door and leads on to non traffic cycle routes from where you can head right towards Exeter and then onto the other side of the river or left and down to Exmouth. Most of the routes are traffic free and offer you some amazing views. The Exeter Chiefs rugby team based at Sandy Park is easily accessible using the local train route or a 10 minute drive away. Ideal for business travellers who want the relaxation of a village feel. Ideally situated for the Jurassic Coast and all its attractions
    Lympstone is a beautiful village on the Exe Estuary, it is a charming village with lots of character and friendly people. With a small population of under 2000, it remains an ideal place for quiet relaxation. Easily reached from the end of the M5 motorway or equally the branch line from Exeter's main line station is just a 20 minute journey

    Littleham is in an area of Exmouth. It was historically a village and civil parish ,much older than Exmouth itself.The original parish church dates back to the 13th Century and is dedicated to Saint Margaret and Saint Andrew.Francis Nelson wife of Lord Nelson is buried in the church yard.To the south of Littleham is Sandy Bay with a large seaside caraavan park owned by Haven Holidays called Devon Cliffs.

    The Corner House is a ground floor 1 bedroom apartment in a perfect location in Budleigh Salterton with private off road parking at the side of the property. It is situated in the heart of the town and a stone's throw from the stunning 2 mile pebble beach. The town boasts a museum, an array of shops, friendly cafés, restaurants and pubs, all on the doorstep. There are many great coastal walks starting from Budleigh itself. Short breaks available. If you have any requests please get in touch.
    The apartment is bright, clean and comfortable with a seaside feel to its decor. There is a lovely comfortable lounge/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with new cooker and dishwasher. The double bedroom is a light and airy space with a comfortable bed with high quality pillows, linen, mattress etc., with lots of storage space. There is a foldaway bed for a third person. In the kitchen there is sugar, tea, coffee, salt and pepper. Washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets are provided. There will be fresh milk in the fridge in case you’re in need of a cuppa on arrival. Cleaning products are kept in the cupboard under the sink. I also supply dishcloths, sponges and tea towels so no worry about packing those. Hand soap is provided in the kitchen and bathroom and toilet rolls. Towels and bedding provided but please bring your own beach towels. There is an allocated parking space at the property. At the back of the property, with access from the kitchen there is a small courtyard which is quite useful in the summer to sit out for a pre-dinner drink or to hang out beach towels etc. Unfortunately this is NOT a dog friendly property as we do not wish to cause issues for guests with allergies.
    Beautiful unspoilt Budleigh is situated on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. There are numerous walks along the cliffs and rivers and lots of interesting local towns and villages to explore during your stay. Bicton Park Botanical Gardens....Devon's most magnificent historic gardens, is open all year round and just a 10 minute drive away. They have outdoor concerts with picnics in the summer, definitely worth doing! There are excellent facilities for golfers and croquet players and during the year various festivals take place in and around the local area. You can find details of all events on the internet or Budleigh tourist office website.

    Our 2016 Swift Caravan at Haven’s Devon Cliffs Holiday park is easy to find, located between Sandy Bay Beach and the *entertainment complex, restaurants and swimming pools. We choose this location as it is just a few minutes walk to both the beach and complex. It has good mobile phone signal on both three and virgin/EE networks (other networks not yet tested). We have beautiful sea views. *Passes to the entertainment complex and swimming pool are not included but can be purchased from Haven.
    Our caravan has a fully equipped kitchen including fridge with ice box, a microwave and full size cooker. There is a separate wc and shower room. There is one double and two twin bedrooms. We will supply bedding for you. We have not added a cleaning charge to keep the cost of your holiday down. We would be very grateful if you would keep the caravan in a clean condition. There is a hire shop for things like travel cots and an onsite launderette if you need it.
    Devon cliffs boasts an award winning blue flag beach and is a great base for exploring Devon. However, if you choose to purchase an entertainment pass from Haven there are a number of onsite activities available. Some of these are included with the passes but others incur additional charges. Devon Cliffs have heated indoor and outdoor pools (seasonal), with water slides and flumes. Outside there is a beautiful nature trail, all-weather multi-sports court, Aerial Adventures and Mini Aerial Adventures, segways, climbing wall, play areas for children and adventure golf. Within the complex there are several bars and restaurants, all the usual kids clubs and entertainment including live music, comedy and shows and a large amusement arcade and an indoor play area.

    It is all about location, location, location! Just a 3 minute walk away to the beach and you will have sand between your toes. Your room, the original hay loft, has a private entrance, en-suite shower room plus a pretty outside seating area. The room is warm, bright, quirky with the original exposed beams. There is a mini fridge, kettle, cafetiere, free view TV and DVD player, Dab CD/Radio and Wi-Fi. For your breakfast we provide a selection of cereals, muesli and fruit juice.
    Being so close to the soft sandy beach and a short walk into the town centre our 19th century coach house is in one of the best locations in Exmouth. Access to your spacious room is via our back garden which leads to your private entrance. The room is ideally suited for 2 adults in the double bed but a 3rd guest (child or small adult) can be accommodated on the "Jay-Be" single folding bed. Your welcome package upon arrival includes bottled water, milk, various teas, coffee, cafetiere coffee, fruit juice and a "variety" selection of breakfast cereals including muesli. We provide adequate crockery and cutlery. If you require a more substantial breakfast there are several cafes a few minutes walk away on the seafront. We also provide plenty of fresh towels and for guests who stay with us in summer we can provide beach towels if required.
    We are located in a fantastic position, the beach is a three minute walk away. The beach is also very interesting, being part of the famous Jurassic coastline. On the seafront you will find cafes, pubs and entertainment at the Pavilion, which hosts free live music shows on the garden in July and August, a craft fair/flea markets on Sundays and cash bingo on a Monday evening. At the nearby Ocean complex there is a 12 lane bowling alley, amusement arcade, children`s play zone and a decent restaurant. There is a Jazz night every Thursday. Exmouth town centre, an 8-10 minute walk away, has a small but charming 3 screen cinema, a good sports centre with swimming pool, an indoor market, funky gift shops and several banks. There are lots of restaurants, pubs and fast food outlets. The marina, a pleasant 15 minute stroll down the seafront also has some very good restaurants. The historic city of Exeter is home to the Exeter Chiefs rugby club and Exeter City football club. Exeter Cathedral is well worth a visit, dating back over 900 years this is one of the oldest and most beautiful Cathedrals in England. There are NH horse racing courses at Newton Abbot and Exeter. Crealy Great Adventure Park is close to Exeter airport. Further afield there are excellent walks around Budleigh Salterton, Woodbury Common and Otterton, where you can visit the historic Otterton Mill. Milling has taken place there for over 1,000 years, the first record of which is in the Doomsday book. They serve an excellent Devon Cream Tea with their award winning scones. Walking along the country paths you may be lucky and see Kingfishers, Beavers and Otters. If you are feeling energetic then try the Exmouth Dinosaur and Blue Plaque trails. There are 17 life size Dinosaurs to locate and 33 Blue Plaque properties to find! During the late bank holiday weekend in May Exmouth hosts a fantastic free music festival. The Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth is another great day out, whilst you are there visit the restaurant for lunch or take your own picnic. Entry is free and it is open 365 days a year. If you enjoy browsing antiques visit The Quay Antique Centre, an old 3 storey warehouse building located in the historic estuary port of Topsham. If you are feeling energetic why not try a game of Footgolf, a 9 hole course, it is much harder than you think! This is located opposite the Royal Marine training camp on the Exeter Road. The Powder Monkey, our local Wetherspoons pub, was a focal point in the 2016 film "The Big Short". Apparently the character played by Brad Pitt, who was on a family holiday in Exmouth, made 79 million dollars whilst trading in the pub due to its excellent Wi-Fi!     Our as new caravan is fully equipped for a family break @ the award winning Haven Devon Cliffs holiday park. Enjoy a fabulous break for any size family or couple - 6 beds! Great for exploring the area too, with a private beach and many facilities. Plenty for the kids to do Please note we provide bedding (duvets and pillows) but you need to bring your own towels and bed linen - if we provided linen, the price would have to increase and feedback tells us that guests would rather keep costs down.
    It's in a peaceful area of the site but is still only 5 mins walk to the centre of the site and 10 mins to the South Beach cafe and playground. From there, it's 5 minutes to the private beach - and you can drive from the van to there if needs be. Sunset View is a cul-de-sac so is great for kids to scooter around - with supervision of course. There is a map on the Haven website if you want to check positioning Also please note that the 4 single beds are small so more suitable for small adults and children. However we have a pull out double and a main double bed for adults. We can’t accept single sex parties of just adults based on park rules.
    I don't live here as its a holiday home but it is an award winning holiday park so it's clean and the facilities are great if you want entertainment - or you could just use the van as a base for exploring the local area like walking the cliff top walk to Budleigh Salterton There are many YouTube links online if you want to see what the site is like

  • We spent two lovely nights at Sunset View. The caravan was great, lovely and clean and actually felt quite spacious for 3 adults and two children. Emily's information was great and explained everything we needed to know. She was speedy in her communication. My little girl enjoyed the stories and toys left at the caravan. The views from the caravan were great, and whilst quite a climb back up from the beach it helped us feel like we had earned our fish and chips! Thanks for a lovely break.

  • This was our first venture with Air B&B, and it was not a disappointment. Our host Margaret was very helpful, friendly and honest. She provided a 5 star accommodation. It was clean spacious and we’ll looked after. The location was excellent near to the High Street, places to eat and a great beach. Nearby were great walks and there were maps supplied to help. Margaret was there to offer advice. It was a great stay and the weather was fantastic, I think Margaret had a hand in that too. We would honestly recommend staying at Margaret’s accommodation and will seriously consider a return visit. Margaret has set a high standard for future Air B&B visits. A BIG THANK YOU TO Margaret!!!

    Beaches View Is a ground floor apartment, located above the esplanade with views over the beach and sea. It is part of a villa that was built circa 1833 and is grade II listed. It has it's own private driveway to park but all amenities are within walking distance. The beach (and SW coast path) is about 70 meters. There are restaurants within 50 meters as well as cafes on the esplanade and pubs nearby. The town is a 5 minute walk away and the station approximately 10 minutes.
    With free private parking, Wi-Fi, heating and all linen and towels provided, this is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a stay in a period property overlooking the sea and beach. Beaches View is entered via a few steps (with hand rail) to the main entrance of the building.
    I love sitting in the window, looking out to sea with my morning coffee. If you prefer someone else to make it, pop down to Abbys on the esplanade or the Pavilion Gardens just below the property. Even on a windy day, you can watch the kite surfers practise whilst you stay warm.

The personal touches Melanie gives to your stay are fantastic, and the hot tub was an amazing luxury! Melanie is on hand and very attentive, but also you feel like your privacy is respected staying at Little Guinea. She was happy to help us with any questions we had and the welcome pack we were given was very helpful when deciding how to spend our stay. I would recommend travelling here by car as the local transport links are less convenient, but on the whole an absolutely fantastic stay!

  • Finally we get a taste to live in a caravan house like in Gogglebox we watch on TV. It is actually more massive then we thought. It even has 3 bedrooms and a balcony. You can see the beautiful sea from the porch and living room. The living room is very spacious and safe enough for our 8mo old baby to crawl around. The caravan was profesionally prepared, clean and tidy . There is a mini grocery shop and gift shop in the park where we can buyout things. Overall, we loved our stay in our first caravan airbnb.     My 3 level house is tucked away on a side street in the centre of Exmouth. In 5 minutes you can walk to the station, the library, small food shops, cafes and the beach. I have a comfortable single bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom next door. You have use of the kitchen/eating room for making your breakfast. There's a patio adjoining for use on sunny days.
    You have access to the kitchen for breakfast; tea, coffee and cereals provided. Hot drinks can also be made in the rooms. Use of kitchen in the evening by arrangement.
    Exmouth has many small and independent shops a few minutes walk away. These include a farm shop, butcher, a grocery store, post office and many restaurants and cafes. A short walk through the park takes you to a two mile long sandy beach. At the harbour end you can take a ferry across the estuary and boat trips along the coast.
  • Loved it. Smack dab in the centre of town. oOnly a few minutes walk to the longest sandy beach in Devon. :) . the only fly in the ointment was Storm Denis.

It's great to watch the sun set from The Point at Exmouth Marina, about 10 minutes walk away. There's a nice courtyard you can sit in during the evening. Jane is passionate about sustainability and provides refilled toiletries, recycling facility, and a reusable water bottle so you can minimise your plastic use during your stay. Would recommend.

    Purpose built bungalow/annexe in the back garden that can be shared. Own entrance and patio outside with level access. Shared garden with a lock on the gate so safe for children. Newly built property that allows you to have privacy with all your home comforts provided. There is free shared parking at property and surrounding streets. We are 1.5 miles from the beach, 1 mile from train station with a bus stop 2 minute walk away. We are near to the Exe trail. Exeter city is 8 miles away.
    The bungalow is self contained with sleeping space for four sharing a double bed and sofa bed so two sleeping in each. We will provided bedding and towels for your stay. There is an iron and clothes horse available but there is a outside washing line if you prefer. We will provide some cleaning utensils so you can be self sufficient during your stay. The kitchen has all the utensils that you would need. We provide some tea, coffee, sugar and milk to start the holiday with a welcoming hot drink. There is also some oil, salt and pepper for your stay. But we will be available if you need anything.
    Easy access to cycle path/ esturary footpath with stunning views of Exe esturacy and Exmouth seafront. Walking distance to town approx 1 mile. Exeter is 8 miles away so convenient for working away or visiting the historic places. Beach is 1.5 miles away. The nearest supermarket is 6 minute walk away as turn left out of driveway.

    Our place is a light and cosy terraced house within walking distance of the town centre, train station, beach, marina, parks, cycle paths, bus route, and sports centre.
    Our place is perfect for couples, business travellers, families, and small groups. We also welcome well behaved furry friends. There is a small enclosed back garden perfect for relaxing in the sun and having a BBQ. You will have access to the entire house, including a full kitchen with all utilities and washing machine. There is free Wifi in the house and most streaming television services can be accessed on the TV, but no live television.
    The house is perfectly set up to be able to access all local amenities with or without personal transport. On road parking. Close by is the beautiful sandy beach where you can hire deckchairs, book fishing trips, boat trips, all kinds of water sports; Phear Park, which is perfect for walking the dog, and has basketball and tennis courts, pitch and putt course, play areas, and a skate park; The estuary cycle path, which can take you through the picturesque villages of Lympstone and Topsham up to Exeter. Or, if you are feeling energetic, all the way to Dawlish, passing the beautiful Turf Locks pub on the banks of the estuary. Bikes can be hired from Exmouth Cycle Hire, just 5 mins walk from the house. For something a little special, there is the River Exe Cafe, a floating cafe in the middle of the estuary serving locally sourced food. Pre-booking essential and the water taxi picks you up from the marina, just 10 mins walk from the house. For rainy days there is the LED sport centre, less than 5 mins walk from the house. M&S Food 2 min walk from house. Further afield: Woodbury Common - 10 mins drive. Great for walking and cycling. Haldon Forest Park - 20 mins drive. Great for walking and cycling, with interactive activities and trails for kids, Go-Ape and Segways for the big kids, and graded cycle tracks. Exeter - 20 mins drive or train journey. Historic city with all major shops. Dartmoor - 45 mins - 1 hour drive. Incredible walking, cycling, and exploring. There are countless other beautiful places to visit in East Devon, so feel free to ask us for any advice or suggestions.

    You’re welcome to come & share my home for a short break,or slightly longer,whether recreationally,for work or whatever. It’s not all modern, but comfortable. It’s close to the station(2-3mins walk)(Exeter is 30 mins away by train), town centre (5mins),beach (10-15) making it great for exploring Exmouth.Woodbury Common,Budleigh Salterton & the Marine Camp only 15/20 minutes drive. On street parking is free, not always directly outside but there are normally spaces in surrounding streets.
    The room is a double bedroom on the first floor and I’m assured the bed is comfortable. The tv doesn’t have an ariel, but it has an Amazon Firestick with Netflix, iPlayer and other TV apps. There is also a DVD/Blu-ray player and I’ve got a number of dvds you’re welcome to borrow. The bathroom is down half a flight of steps. It has a shower over the bath with a grab rail. Towels and face cloths are provided in the room. There is shower gel, shampoo and conditioner - basic, as I guess most people do bring their own. The lounge has a TV with a PS4 for TV, again through tv apps - no arial. There is a wood burner and dining table, you are welcome to use these. The kitchen has the usual facilities including cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, slow cooker, Air Fryer. There is a range of oils, herbs and spices etc. I don’t provide breakfast but there is tea and coffee in the room and kitchen. I used to provide milk but it often wasn’t used so I now have milk sachets. I have stated it is suitable for over 12s, but this would have to be with a parent willing to share the double bed. I can’t accept unaccompanied children. Please remember this is my home. I try to keep it clean and tidy but - but it is a lived in tidy!
    The house is very close to town and the railway station (under 5 minutes). Exmouth Beach is about 15 mins walk away. The harbour is about 20 minutes walk which has boat trips etc. There is a cycle/foot path to Exeter running along the estuary / train line. It passes through Lympstone, Exton and Topsham. A nice trip is to walk or cycle via some of the pubs there and train back! You can get to CTC Royal Marines, Lympstone either on the bus (number 57 a 2 minute walk away). It’s also a request stop on the train, but this isn’t a public stop and I’m not sure of the practicalities of getting into the camp from there. If you are visiting someone there check with them first! Woodbury Common is a 20 minute drive away, nice for walks, cycling etc. Exmouth is small, but it has most of everything you need - shops, restaurants, pubs, bowling, swimming and a small cinema. Similarlly, it is a 3 or 4 minute walk to the town center with a Tesco, Iceland, Coop, etc. Both the beach and marina are just a 10-minute walk from the centre of town ...very accessible and beautiful. Alex was very generous and allowed me full kitchen privledges. It was a perfect stay with lots of long walks along the estuary from one viillage to another and a very amiable host ...perfect!!!

Exmouth has a large selection of shops, restaurants, theatre, cinema, bowling alley, bars and pubs as well as its pretty beach and marina. A Cantonese restaurant is available around the corner, a lot of pubs and restaurants within few hundred meters; swimming pool, tennis courts and gym in town; and golf in the park.

    Self contained sunny annex 5-10 minutes walk from exmouth town centre and seafront. Great location with bus stop at the bottom of driveway. Access to beautiful big garden.
    You’ll have your own kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and table. You’ll have everything you need for basic cooking and we can lend extras should you need them. The bathroom has a shower. In the bedroom there’s a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. In the lounge you’ll find a tv with free view. There’s WiFi access throughout the property. Please note mobile signal is patchy in this part of Exmouth. We’ll provide some basics such as tea, coffee and milk to get you started.
    The annex is in a residential area 5-10 mins from the town centre and seafront. It’s also a few mins drive from the largest supermarket and small retail park. Although situated on a busy road, it’s a very quiet area particularly at night

They also provided some homemade bread and jam, which were lovely! The property is about 10 minutes walking in a straight line to the beach, and the town is about 15 minutes away. I believe it is well-connected to the surrounding area by bus, although we found that walking took us everywhere that we needed to go. We had a great time staying here, and would definitely recommend it! :)

Charlotte was very good at communicating with us, and because we were travelling from a distance it was really helpful to us. There was even a bottle of Prosecco and mini treats on our arrival - little things like that make all the difference!   • This was a lovely find in a beautiful part of Devon. Only a few minutes from the beach and in regards to pubs, cafes, shops and bakery literally on the doorstep. The small apartment is fitted out to a high specification with lots of lovely thought through additions making this a comfortable stay. It was very clean with a lovely bathroom with a fantastic shower! It was peaceful and comfortable during the whole stay and we found all the locals really friendly. Communication with our host was easy and very responsive. We will definitely recommend this to family and friends.

    Welcome to "Exmouth Country Lodge & Prattshayes Campsite." Our Property is located 3/4 of a mile from the beach and 2 miles from the town of Exmouth. The historic city of Exeter is 20 minutes away. We also offer Paddle Boarding, Windsurfing and Archery Tag with our sister Company, Exmouth Watersports. Our property consists of 4 bedrooms with a kitchen, a dining room, and access to our on site bar "The Cow Shed" (opening times vary on season)
    There is a new fully-equipped modern kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms and each room has a king size bed and bunk bed. The space is light and modern with views over the beautiful Devon countryside to the sea.
    The farm is a short walk down a country lane to the beautiful sandy beach at Exmouth and nearby amenities. There is a family-friendly pub serving food 5 mins away at the end of the road. We are situated in peaceful countryside on the edge of Exmouth, only a 20 minute walk to the beach and South West coast path. While here, why not take a boat trip along the coast and up the River Exe, or walk along the coast to Budleigh Salterton for a cream tea or ice cream? There are many great pubs and traditional cafes in town. We also run a watersports company. We can provide lessons in windsurfing, kitesurfing, stand-up paddle boarding and surfing and can hire out all this equipment along with kayaks as well.

  • Wonderful place to stay, highly recommended. Interior decor is simple, clean and easy. Perfect for a large group of people to use as a base. Kitchen well stocked with crockery/cutlery/utensils etc. Although our group was too large to cook there. Ellan was an amazing host, especially during booking phase when I was in correspondence for a while trying to sort the details. She was very patient, informative, personable and eager to make our stay a successful one. Thanks to Ellan! Only criticism would be that the upstairs shower/bath has no bracket on the wall for the shower head, so you have to hold it yourself to shower. The water pressure is also not very good (a trickle). Other than that, the perfect trip and would 100% go back.

    This cosy cottage is the end terrace of Bakers Cottages, the oldest row of cottages in the sought after estuary village of Lympstone in East Devon. Lympstone has a small shop, cafe, post office and a variety of pubs and is the perfect location for access to Exeter or Exmouth by bike or foot (along the Exe Estuary Trail) or by train. The Estuary is a 15min walk from Bakers Cottages along quiet Devon lanes, or through the village.
    8 Bakers Cottages has an open planned downstairs, including kitchen, dining and living space and opens onto a sunny patio area and small enclosed garden. The cottage dates back to the late 1600s and combines cottage charm with modern finishes and cleanliness. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom. To the rear the cottage looks out over neighbouring gardens and fields. The simplicity of the cottage decor and the setting provide a relaxing feel.
    Lympstone is a thriving and characterful estuary village. You can buy fish from the village's own fisherman, or sit on the beach by St Peters Tower. The Estuary can be enjoyed on bike along the acclaimed Exe Estuary Trail with good cycling routes into Exeter and around the Estuary nearly entirely on non-traffic cycle paths. Or cycle to Exmouth and on along the old railway line to the seaside town of Budleigh Salterton. You could take a ferry across the estuary and stop off at the Exe Estuary cafe moored in the middle of the river for panoramic views in a unique location.

    Exmouth Quay is a bustling vibrant area next to the marina. The marina offers guest berths. There are numerous cafe/bars and restaurants within walking distance. Exmouth town centre is a ten minute walk - more bars & restaurants, shopping, a cinema and a leisure centre with gym and pool.
  • This is an immaculate apartment in a superb location right on the waterfront near Exmouth harbour, and a short walk from the beach and town centre. It's comfortable and spacious, with all amenities including convenient parking. Julie was very helpful throughout, and we would certainly like to go back. All in all, perhaps the best AirBNB we've ever stayed in.

  • This is a really lovely apartment in a very good location. Julie is an amazing host who gave us very clear instructions on where to park and where to find the keys. The welcome pack of prosecco and milk was a lovely surprise too. The apartment is truly gorgeous - sparkling clean, really comfortable and very well equipped. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The location is stunning and really quiet, but close enough to walk into the town for drinks and meals out. My friends and I had a really lovely couple of days here and we will be returning again, hopefully next year. Thank you Julie, we really appreciate everything you did for us!

    Well presented, small annex with everything you need for a home from home experience. The annex is a self contained space at the back of our house. It has a separate double bedroom, self catering kitchen area, bathroom with bath and overhead shower, lounge/diner area with a small table and sofa bed and TV.  Sleeps 2 + small sofa bed in lounge. There is an access lane for drop off and on road parking nearby. PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE 2 CATS AND 2 DOGS WHO MAY WELL VISIT YOU DURING YOUR STAY.
    Bedroom - contains a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Kitchen - small separate kitchen area, containing fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, one ring plug in induction hob, microwave/oven (PLEASE NOTE.. there is not a full sized oven in the annex. There is one in the main house which can be used). Pans, dishes, cutlery and glasses are available. The accommodation is self catering with coffee, tea and sugar available to guests. Lounge - contains a small sofa bed (sleeps one adult or two children), TV and 2 seater table. Bathroom - contains WC, bath with overhead shower and sink. Sleeping arrangements - One double bed The annex is next door to Dawlish Leisure Centre which has a swimming pool and gym. The beach is a 10 minute walk. It is a 20 minute walk to Dawlish town and 20 minute walk to Dawlish Warren. There is a bus stop which is a 10 minute walk and we are 15 minutes away from the railway station. If you would like to bring push bikes, they can be stored in the shed in the garden.
    Dawlish is a typical small seaside town. There are beaches in town and a large beach resort at nearby Dawlish Warren. There are coastal walks nearby and a cycle path that can be ridden off road to Exeter and Exmouth.
  • This was the perfect little place to call home during our few days away, everything you need is there, and Nicola & Craig are super helpful. The Annex was clean and tidy, and the welcome milk and cookies were spot on after our long journey. The annex is in a great location to walk into Dawlish, and is easily located to main roads to get you to wherever you may want to go. We look forward to returning again some time!
