The apartment is really good, clean, cozy and comfortable! Its location is perfect because the are bakery and market very close to it! Also, the center is about 10 min. on foot!

The hosts were awesome - it was a wonderful experience to be there in the home. We really miss the stay. They received us in their car, and at night they guided us about our work station. We really liked very much their hospitality.

Studio ideally located and well equipped

Studio very well located right next to the future of Rennes metro line. quiet and comfortable room. Important information parking in front of the apartment and in the surrounding streets is paid (about € 1.70 for 1h30-2h, free evening and night) and is often filled from 23h (before and in afternoon no problems) However it is relative with the very reasonable price of the rental. I recommend without hesitation!

We stayed 2 nights in Rennes at Fatima. At the time of booking, my choice went to this beautiful home thanks to the very positive feedback that previous travelers had left. Well, we were not disappointed, quite the contrary. The decor is sublime. Our stay at Rennes would not have had the same without the warm welcome of Fatima. I highly recommend Fatima. The stay in Fatima was one of our most memorable experiences in France. The house itself was very clean and tidy, far more charming than in photos. Anne's is very cute apartment, published photos do not do it homage. It is bright, well appointed and well equipped, clean, modern, comfortable ... and perfectly located, on a pedestrian street in the heart of the famous nightlife (and daylight) Rennes. One small problem: there is no proper internet connection to the apartment and it takes about 3 / 4G, which are generally good picks in the apartment but sometimes small slowdowns. Anyway, personally, I will not fail to return during future stays. Anne thank you for hospitality and good experiences to future visitors.

It was perfect ! The apartment is very nice and the noise does not bother. The need is present (tea coffee, shower gel etc. towels) This "hut" doing very well named! The hammock and the mezzanine! Anne is very nice and answered questions. I recommend this little hut! I'll be back.

Everything OK, simple room but enough for few days. A complete kitchen equipement was available, good internet connection. Bathroom is being renovated but we got a notice about that before our arrival and it was ok-the shower was operating. Parking is free but quite difficult to find a free space.

Well-situated place from train station and metro station. The room was clean and roomy. Aurelie is very kind, but she doesn't speak english so communication it was a bit rudimentary (I don't speak French).

We arrived late to our rendevous because of car issues, but Cyril was waiting patiently and took us to the nearby apartment where we were to stay. The apartment is very close to the railroad station which was important to us, and in a nice, quiet, residential neighborhood, very accessible to restaurants and shops and walking distance to some interesting parts of Rennes. The apartment itself was well appointed, spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and nice kitchen. We would definitely recommend it for future visitors.
