Our apartment is located in the small district of Fährdorf-Hof on the island of Poel, away from the main road. In the immediate vicinity is a natural coast that is not developed for tourists. The nearest beaches can be reached by bike/car in a few km: Schwarzer Busch approx. 5 km, Gollwitz 6 km, Timmendorf 8 km. The beautiful Hanseatic city of Wismar is 13 km away. The apartment with separate entrance has a barbecue area and a private parking space. Note: In 2022, construction work will take place in the village.

Small, lovingly renovated apartment (approx. 38 m²) right in the center of Wismar and yet in a quiet location. The market square, the harbor, the train station, the bus station and large parking lots are each within walking distance in just a few minutes (3 to 6 minutes). The space approx. 38 m², suitable for 2 (max. 3 people – by arrangement), Bed is 200 x 200 cm, couch is pull-out, Bicycle storage is available in the courtyard, balcony to the rear courtyard, short-term parking is possible in front of the house.

Von hier aus sind es nur wenige Schritte zum Ostseestrand, wo bereits ein Strandkorb zur kostfreien Nutzung von April bis September bereit steht. Ihr braucht eine kurze, aber feine Auszeit an der Ostsee? Unsere moderne 32 m² Ferienwohnung auf der Insel Poel ist perfekt für einen spontanen Kurztrip oder ein entspanntes Wochenende. Sie liegt im ruhigen Ortsteil Timmendorf – nur 1 km vom Strand entfernt, in 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist im Hotelstil eingerichtet und ideal für Solo-Reisende oder junge Paare, die sich eine stilvolle und unkomplizierte Auszeit gönnen möchten – einfach ankommen und wohlfühlen.

Our charming and sun-drenched house offers everything you need for your vacation. Modern ambiance meets old building charm - with 3 floors on 140 square meters! The 2nd floor offers space for the whole family - with a large living room, a dining table for 4 people and an open kitchen! On the 2nd floor is the bedroom overlooking the stream - as well as 2 shower rooms (with washing machine). On the top floor, a sitting area, a double bed and a desk are at your disposal. Welcome!

"Feldrain" – a cozy wooden house in the countryside, part of an ensemble with a communal sauna and private garden. Large windows open the view of the horse paddock, nature and tranquility included. On about 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) will find space to feel good. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

You will be staying in a lovingly renovated apartment with a roof terrace on the upper floor in an old settlement house. A cozy apartment with bedroom, children's room, bathroom and living area on 55 square meters awaits you on the 2nd floor. The apartment is fully equipped, including Wi-Fi and is fully furnished. Bed linen is available. A set of duvet covers (€8) and a set of towels (€8) are made available upon request. A car parking space belongs to the apartment. My accommodation is in the middle of the historical center, the park and the "nightlife" is within walking distance. You will love my accommodation because of the view, the cosiness and the great location. My accommodation is well suited for couples and solo travelers. A second, smaller bedroom with a bed is available for a third person. One child from 12 years is welcome.
