Stone Farmhouse with Pool 5 - Italy

The Borghetto of Peccio Martino is an ancient stone hamlet, situated in the heart of Umbria, surrounded by woods and vineyards. The optimal position on the border with Tuscany, permits to reach easily some of the most beautiful cities of our land: Perugia, Assisi, Città della Pieve, Siena and Montepulciano. The apartment that we offer, with stone and exposed beams, has two double room, a single room, two bathrooms. In the living room, with a beautiful stone fireplace, there is a full furnished kitchen. We offer guests bed linen and towels that are replaced weekly. Guests can also enjoy the large garden around the house and use the swimming pool of the structure, whose panoramic position, makes the atmosphere very relaxed and charming. There is ample space to relax in tranquility, drinking a good a glass of wine or a cup of tea, reading a book and converse with other guests. The apartment is on the second floor in the main farmhouse, but guests can use a private place in the garden however. In Autumn and Winter the heating cost is paid apart. Our farmhouse is near Perugia (20 minutes by car), just 5 minutes from a village where you can find a supermarket, the post office with ATM and a pharmacy. Thus it can be easily reached through the main Italian motorway A1 (Milan - Rome). In 2 hs you can reach Rome or Florence, in 1 h Siena and the famous Val di Chiana in Tuscany. The nearest airport is Perugia Sant' Egidio where there are daily flights from Milan. It's also possible to reach easily Roma Fiumicino and Roma Ciampino airports by the motorway. Perugia has an important train station where there are also some offices to rent a car.

La Terrazza di Vittoria is a delightful studio on one level surrounded by silence and greenery. It is located a few meters from the main house and just 2 km from Città della Pieve. The large garden surrounding the house is a natural terrace overlooking Lake Trasimeno. It is enriched by a pergola equipped with a table and barbecue available for your meals in total relaxation. Inside, in a 40 sqm space, there is a double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.

The house enjoys a rare and enchanting view of the Val d’Orcia and Monte Amiata, ensuring maximum privacy. The interiors mirror the charm of the Tuscan style, with antique furniture and finishes made by local artisans. It is equipped with a double bedroom, a large living room with a big table, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double sofa bed in front of the fireplace, in the living room. Outside, the patio will allow you to eat with the colors of the sunset as a backdrop.

Our house is strategically located between the city of Perugia and Lake Trasimeno, a short distance from the beautiful village of Panicale. The furniture is modern and practical, like a comfortable open loft with large spaces. It includes everything you need to live comfortably on vacation as if you were at home. It has a private parking lot, a porch for outdoor dining, and a soccer and volleyball field. The beautiful swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests.

Magnificent apartment located in a historic 14th-century building of Roman origin nestled in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, on a historic farm. The furniture is renovated and comfortable. Large, bright, functional space with an all-Umbrian view, surrounded by the vast vineyard, centuries-old olive groves, enchanting landscapes, large garden and other magnificent plants. 10 km from the historic center of Perugia and 10 km from Lake Trasimeno.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
