This is a modern stylish apartment in a great location near the fish market and Rialto bridge. The perfect place to base yourself while exploring the streets of Venice. We were met off the Vaporetto by Daniela, Alex's sister who could not have been more helpful and made us feel very welcome. An ideal Airbnb, would highly recommend - Grazie mille Alex & Daniela!!

The location was incredible, in the heart of venice only were walks away from everything. The amenities were superb, we loved the apple tv and espresso machine! The space was unique and spacious for a couple, we would absolutely stay here again!

The house is in the island of Venice. If a friend needs to park outside the island (21 Euros a day), take a shuttle bus and a boat to get in. The location of the house is quiet in the middle. The landlord must not find the location without the road. By boat, although the house has a certain year, but the decoration is very stylish, and very clean, but friends who need to live should pay attention, must check in before 7 o'clock, otherwise an additional fee of 30 euros

First, I reserved this place for two main reasons. The balcony/view of the water, and the somewhat remote location, away from the tourist hordes. It did not disappoint. The balcony/view was very enjoyable. Fun to watch the boats go by. It is definitely in a non-touristy, locals area. It takes about 15 minutes to get out to the tourist areas. There is a good grocery store nearby. Place was very clean, good heating/ac system. Kitchen very small but we managed simple meals. Enjoyable place.

We loved Piero’s apartment with its gorgeous little balcony over the canal. Caroline gave us a nice, informed welcome. Unfortunately we arrived just in time for the extreme acqua alta alarms and for the Mayor to declare a flood emergency. So we decided to leave the next day. A great pity! Next time. Gorgeous apartment! Clean, comfortable, every amenity you would want, great location, excellent communication, absolutely lovely stay with no complaints at all! Our kids loved the loft and the views were so charming. We cannot wait to return! No complaints at all! Only note: No lift, so there are lots of stairs to climb to access the apartment. It didn’t bother us, but if you have trouble with stairs that is the only reason I wouldn’t advise staying here. Other than that, it is perfect!!

Very nice accommodation, extremely well located, in a very lively area., And slightly off the main tourist trails. Old beams, stylish lounges, good sized and very nicely decorated bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Our children loved the mezzanine. Elisabetta's welcome was perfect, very precise, attentive, but also simple, with good advice. It was our 10th visit to Venice. We will probably return to this accommodation.

This Place is truly amazing: a very cosy and stylish appartment, with lots of warm light spots, carpets, and wooden ceiling. Just around the corner you have the miracoli church, rialto and St Marco are just a few minutes away. We already spent holidays in each sestiere and we also enjoyed this one very, very much! A very lovely apartment with beautiful furnishings and central to everything. It’s on a pretty little square which is quiet at night but just around the corner from restaurants and a good bakery. Pierantonio's apartment is very nice, well equipped and very well located, very close to the San Stae vaporetto stop, shops and restaurants. The apartment overlooks a crossroads of canals, and the view is magnificent. There are beautiful photos to take! You can easily reach the various places to visit. We received an excellent welcome and were always able to reach someone if necessary. I recommend this rental.

Pierantonio’s flat is located at a quiet and central location in Venice. There are a number of lovely little restaurants around and wonderful squares for sitting out and having a drink or coffee. The view is exactly as described and I couldn’t get enough of it!! The most wonderful window. I could see life in Venice through the day. Martina, Pierantonio’s daughter welcomed and helped us. She offered a lot of useful advice and was easily contactable through our stay. The flat was spacious. There was a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge to welcome us and bits and pieces for breakfast which was much appreciated. I would love to be able to go again.

Perfect apartment for our family stay in Venice. The apartment is roomy and beautifully decorated with a fantastic ‘typical Venice’ view over canals and bridges. The amenities were generous and the Prosecco was very welcome. Christine guided us to the property and made everything so easy. This is a beautiful apartment. It was perfectly located with the most incredible view. The beds were very comfortable and they left us some lovely treats. The host met us at the valporetto stop and was very helpful. We brought rubber boots for the high water (acqua Alta) and were necessary. Rent here!

We loved this apartment in Venice. It’s in a great spot away from the crowds but very close to San Stae vaparetto stop so easily accessible to all of Venice whether you feel like walking or not. The apartment itself was thoughtfully furnished and provided a complimentary bottle of Prosecco which was much enjoyed. Christine was very helpful at check in and suggested a restaurant where we ate the first night and was appreciated. Our family of 4 with 2 teen boys thoroughly enjoyed our time here

A great apartment in a great location, very easy to get to from the airport on the water bus, the local square was great with nice restaurants and shops. Only a sort walk from good sights and an amazing view over the canal from the windows. A truly great trip.

Beautiful stay for our Valentine's weekend in Venice. The apartment was perfect and so close to all the sights with great restaurants and bars nearby, a brilliant city to get lost in. The outside area was a cute secluded place to have a nice glass of wine and chill after busy days wandering. Thank you, Andre!

This is a charming little place! Just FYI, as others have said, the address given for this place is not accurate. We met Andre's brother at a water taxi drop off and he took us to the apartment. It is a really cozy place with things like a bookshelf full of books (even one I could read to our toddler), extra rainboots and umbrellas, etc. It really feels like a home away from home.

Unfortunately due to recent flooding in Venice this apartment was no longer suitable for guests, so on arrival, we were instead hosted at a nearby apartment which was just as nice. Andre was great at arranging everything and the whole process went smoothly. A great stay all in all.

Andre was great! Before we got there he alerted us of the high waters nearby causing flooding and he directed us in a way to make the trip easier. He messaged us which buses and water buses to get on and met us downstairs where he then helped us carry our luggage the rest of the way! The location was great and in a part of town that wasn’t so touristy but still close enough to walk to everything you would want to see in just a few minutes.

Nice apartment in a nice street with a great café and wine bar. The apartment was very quiet and everything was within walking distance. The beds were a bit "saggy" but overall we felt comfortable.

The apartment is charming, comfortable and very quiet. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, good wifi, Netflix. The area is also very friendly and peaceful during the night. The public square with families and children, the grocery store, the bakery, the fruit and vegetable merchant and a wine merchant, all this was a plus for me. I definitely recommend this address.

Rosanna is a lovely host. She was very attentive and answered any questions I had and made suggestions for our stay. I left my ski jacket in the apartment when we left and Rosanna went out of her way to send it to me. The apartment is lovely, very clean and has a great shower. Great heating for the winter. It is a great location, right beside restaurants, cafe/bakery, small supermarket and a fresh fruit and vegetable shop. Close to walk to all main areas of interest.

A perfect place to stay in Venice, great value, stylish, comfortable and an ideal central location for exploring Venice, yet still quiet at night. Good bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is near the lovely Campo San Giacomo dell'Orio with a good bakery/cafe, restaurant and convenient supermarket all a minute's walk away. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Venice.

Mariella's home is clean and cozy. It is a short walk to the vaporetto stop. Check-in and check-out were easy and informed.

It was a very good experience. The room was clean and cozy. The communication was smooth and the location was very good. The room itself is quite big however the sloping roof of the attic sometimes made it a little difficult for person like me who is 6 feet. The washroom too was clean and had everything that you would want. All in all a great place to stay in case you are a solo traveller and have a budget.

The location is good, very close to Piazza San Marco, you can use the kitchen, but the bed is small. Recommend everyone to stay.

All perfect. The room is as described, the area very quiet, but well served and connected. Perfect for my purpose of visiting the Biennale, the Gardens are just a few minutes away by vaporetto. I would book again!

It’s at Lido, which in my opinion is perfect because it’s quite and near the beach where you can touch the Adriatic. The 24/7 water bus could easily take you anywhere. You will stay in one of the two attic rooms. The host-mother and son- live downstairs.

Mariella's room is very pretty, cozy, quiet, very clean, and equipped with everything you need. Even the common areas, the entrance and the bathroom, are spotless. The house is close enough to the landing of the vaporetti, which can be reached in a few minutes. I found a warm additional cover in my room, and the bed is comfortable and soft. I received all the information and advice I needed for my stay. Thanks for everything, Mariella :-)

This is an excellent hostel. The staff are exceedingly helpful, the building is very noisy at night, and the people are highly social.

Everything was amazing! Jean Luca clearly explained how to get there. Everything is simple. Prior to Piazza San Marco about the vaporetto station is 20-25 minutes. The house is clean and warm. If I will be in Venice again, I will stop again right there in Lido! I recommend to everyone! Gianluca, i want to tell you great thank you for your hospitality, for your quick and precise answers. The location of the apartment is great, you have the beach on the one side and bus access on the other side. Guanluca, was very welcoming, answered quickly, check-in was convenient. The location is convenient 15 min to the center of Venice, very close to the beach. There are not many cafes and shops near the house. The apartment is clean and stylishly furnished, there were clean towels and bed linen, we lacked a kettle and the ability to cook. Light breakfast and coffee was in the kitchen. Everything was convenient. Guanluca is very positive and fun! :)))

The place is spotless with more than enough closet space for two, even if one is a notourious overpacker. Beautiful beach just across the street, the boats to Venice 5 mins by bus or 20 mins walk away from the apartment, and a super friendly host - if you’re going to the Biennale and looking for affordable accomodation in a calm residential area close by, this place is really great value for money.

Anna is a lovely and caring host. The room is very large, we have a private bathroom and everything is very clean. Lido is very close to the center of Venice, just 15 minutes by vaporetto. Eat buffala, it's so delicious.

Anna is very welcoming and helpful, also discreet, the lido is very well served by the vaporetto and is really away from tourism it's fun!

We had a great time living in Anna's house!Very clean room with own guest bathroom. Anna was hospitable, we took exact instructions about a bit complicated way to the island(for the first time). She was ready to answer for our questions, made some coffee for us every morning and she fully respected our privacy. House has a good location near the picturesque and crowdless beach(in winter). One thing that you should know - Venice has quite expensive water transport and you can't reach Lido island without using it. Though the road to the center isn't long(10-15 min by foot, some time for vaporetto waiting and 15-20 min to the main island)

It was fantastic at Annas Place. It felt like home. The breakfast was so good - we loved the Espresso! We also did not hear any dog barking at night.Our own bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Anna helped us with everything. We will for sure come back in the Summer, :) because its also really close to the beach! Thanks and see you soon Anna.

Anna is an attentive and reserved hostess. Your apartment is located in a beautiful area and is very quiet. It is a 10 to 15-minute walk to the Lido SME jetty and 2 minutes to the beach. The room has a private bathroom.

Anna was a very thoughtful and generous host. She drove us with her car to the accommodation and gave some tips about the area. Anna also offered us breakfast in the morning which made us feel just like home. The location of the place was very convienient as we managed to walk to the public beach quite quickly. We definitely recommend Anna to everyone, who are seeking a nice cozy accommodation in Lido.

Anna is very discreet, access to our private area is top. Large bathroom (very rare here), and large room with air conditioning. Breakfast in the morning included. Really typical stay Italy. The beach and across the street is just across the street. The bus is two steps away and the main street of the island is 10min walk. Go there with your eyes closed, little more Anna speaks French.

Comfortable studio with a view of the lido equipped with every detail, spartan but functional for a quick and dedicated stay in the city. Valentina, our host was of an unusual kindness and welcome. We will come back for sure! Highly recommended! Excellent value for money.

The place is small, but it has a great view and overall is good for a few days' stay. In addition, the communication with the host was very prompt. I just advise to check with the host in advance for total amount of taxes to be paid extra, in order to avoid any surprises.

Perfect place to live, if you want to listen the sea at night and get breakfest under the sea. We spent three good nights here.

The apartment is absolutely quiet, you only hear the sound of the sea. By bike and ferry you can go to Pelestrina and Chioggia 'and also Venice

Elide's B&B exceeds all expectations you may have. Elide is the warmest and most attentive person that can exist. He received us personally - he made us a coffee - and gave us a lot of very useful information that we followed. The breakfast is amazing. The place full of details. It is located in Lido, the island in front of Venice, which is accessed with the vaporeto -if the stay is for a couple of days it is convenient to take the pass for the number of days and can be used as many times as necessary- so it is very easy to get there, and Lido is also perfect to arrive after all day touring places with many people, so quiet and beautiful. I absolutely recommend this place, it is exceptional.

We had a great time staying in this apartment. It was conveniently located along an easy bus route, so getting to Venice and other parts of Lido was a breeze. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, taking walks to relax after sight-seeing. The apartment was a good size for four people (including a teenager) and was cozy and welcoming. In addition, we got great tips on where to go (=where to find the best pizza) and how to best get there, so that was very helpful! I would highly recommend!

Good located, but not on the main island of San Marco, so if you wish to stay nearby the tourist center, you should consider. Nicola collected us from Lido water bus station and gave us a tour with fantastic tips on where to catch buses, eat and buy food, etc. Great accommodation with attention to detail. Smart, neat and clean. Highly recommend.

The apartment of Sara and Matteo is a beautiful place to enjoy Venice. Everything is very lovely, stylish, practical and very clean. In the evening after our intensive Biennale visits we always like to come back to this gem. Everything worked out great, the communication, check in and also the uncomplicated possibility in the end to leave the luggage a few hours longer there. We are happy to come back.

The apartment is well located in the Lido, close to the public transport, 20 minutes walk to the vaporetto station, good restaurants within walking distance, sparkling clean and Martina is a great hostess: fast response times, always helpful, typical Italian hospitality, in short: recommended!

A great, compact apartment with the added benefit of a tiny patio that had a lovely atmosphere due to the lush foliage cascading down the walls. The apartment is within easy walking distance of shops and many amenities, yet it is nice and quiet. The location on the Lido is perfect for visiting the Venice Biennale as the boats are just a short walk away. It is perfect for a couple and has lots of nice little personal decorations which make the place feel homely and characterful. Laura was extremely helpful in providing a lot of information not only about how to get there, but of things to do in the area, information about transportation and lots more, and always responded very quickly to our questions. As other reviewers have noted, the bathroom is extremely small but this it is proportion to the rest of the apartment and would only be an issue if you have a wheelchair or mobility issues. The apartment had everything we needed and we cooked every morning and evening - there were plenty of plates, pots, pans, and various cooking utensils. Although there was no wifi this was not a big issue for us and Laura informed us that wifi was available at a nearby bar. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a lovely stay at Laura's apartment in Lido. Small, but totally sufficient and cozy for two. Communication with Laura before the trip was excellent, as she sent us a list of detailed instructions and suggestions for our arrival and stay in Venice. It was nice to have a quiet place to escape to each evening after exploring and touring the central areas of the city.

Wonderfull tiny apartment on a very special location in Venice! We loved the Lido because its very close to the city and the Biennale and also a few steps away of a wonderful beach; the best of both worlds! The Lido is very lively and had a lot to offer regarding bars and restaurant. The apartment in tiny but we (a small family of 3 incl. a kid of 3) felt very much at home, specially because of the cosy and very efficient interior design. Fabio is a very friendly and good host and has given us a warm welcome and insider tips for a good stay. We will definitely return to the Lido! A, R & M

This was a lovely, characterful apartment that was perfect for a couple. We loved all the personal touches and trinkets that decorated the room and bathroom. I was very happy to find a collection of Venice guidebooks on the shelf as I had unfortunately left mine on the plane! Unfortunately it rained while we were there, but the small terrace would have been great for chilling out with a beer if it had been sunny. Lido was a great location - a little town on an island with great restaurants, bars and patisseries, which we actually preferred to those on the main part of Venice - cheaper, better quality and less touristy. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the water bus stop, and it's then a quick crossing to the main part of Venice. Laura gave us very clear instructions on our self check-in and check-out, and offered help with anything else we should need. Really good value for money and we'd stay again.

This apartment is beautifully renovated and clean, with a great kitchen, great shower, and plenty of space. Lido is a perfect, quiet place from which to launch your exploration of Venice. Vaporetto ride across the lagoon is a daily highlight. Sunsets over the lagoon can be seen from the bedroom window. Highly recommended.

The apartment is in a very quiet location, no noise can be heard. However, it is not isolated, just a few steps away there is a nice supermarket, the pharmacy, a good bakery with a coffee bar, and the bus stop for the water buses. Warm inside while comfortable in the winter on the ground floor. Self-check in without problems, owners not present but immediate communication for any need.

Clean, well-kept and conveniently located for public transport. All perfect.

The accommodation is very well located and you can park for free right outside the door. Nearby is a small nice cafe for an Italian breakfast. It is fast by bus and ferry in Venice. It was perfect for us.

Exactly what it promises, from the "external" point of view of the situation and premises and equipment of the accommodation, an infinite availability and a welcome beyond any expectation from the point of view of the experience on the spot. Angela has organized herself very well, but for any doubt she is always ready to take one more step. I highly recommend for a stay in all serenity.

Angela’s place is even better looking than in pictures. It has a beautiful view to Venice, is well equipped even having two bathrooms. It is a 30 min. walk away from Lido vaparetto station. For faster transport you can take a bus. The busstop is 5 min away from the apartment. The beach is 10 min walk away. We came by personal car. The parking was inside the condominium’s territory just below our windows. All in all, highly recimmended.

A very nice apartment, spacious, comfortable, very equipped, the super complete kitchen, where it is located is very beautiful, and with transport nearby to get to Venice without problems. We recommend it 100%.

We had an excellent stay here! The apartment is spotless, very neat and clean and we really enjoyed the small gestures the host did like providing some breakfast items to start the day with. Communication with the host was excellent. We also very much enjoyed the location at Lido: the island has a cozy atmosphere and around the corner of the apartment you can find a great coffee place and some good restaurants. The beach is also better than you would expect so close to a city. The city center of Venice is easy reachable by boat.

Very kind host and really good communication. Michele welcomed me at the Waterboat stop and solved all the problems (minor, of course) quickly. I visited Venice due to the congress held at Palazzo de cinema and it takes only 5 minutes by walk from the flat. So it is very convenient. Thank you for help and kindness, Radiana and Michele!

Riccardo's place is a fantastic find, in a lovely, atmospheric villa at the heart of the Lido. His hospitality also went quite some way beyond what could reasonably have expected at an Airbnb. Highly recommended!

You expect a spacious apartment on the ground floor of a villa equipped with stylish art objects, a fully equipped kitchen (including pasta, spices, oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, breakfast ...), umbrellas, towels and bicycles. The host was always accessible via WhatsApp. Perfect for a relaxing holiday in Venice!

Riccardos was very accommodating and responsive to questions and information. The house is a gem on Lido. Loved the outside area for dinner and drinks. It was a short walk-10-12 minutes to the water bus. Lido was a great vibe and we would stay again.

Michela was a thoughtful and precise guest, very fast communications and excellent reception (despite the late hour she came to pick me up at the ferry with her husband !!). The directions to get there are also excellent and precise. The apartment is basic but very clean and functional, suitable for individuals and couples. Too bad only the slightly "underground" position but with windows for air change and light. Recommended.

Great location being in lifo to visit Venice . Much calmer and nice to get away from the crowds and have some peace. Apartment is quite small but perfect to rest and shower and visit the delights of Venice !

This is in an excellent location. You’re very near Arsenale and San Marco. The sun is warm in the balcony and it’s quiet at night here.

Very comfortable and quiet place to rest up after a full day of activities in Venice. Like others have said, there is a strong odor in the hallway outside the unit but no smell at all inside.

The place was exactly what we were looking for! We arrived from the airport and took the alilaguna water bus (blue line). It was about 7 mins walking distance from the Ziccaria water bus stop. The loft was also about 10 mins from St. Mark's square, Doge's Palace, etc. The host was fast with communication, and answered any question we had. The loft had a small kitchen, dining space, 2 amazing balconies, and a nice size bedroom. The room was clean, and had a good size shower for Europe standards. The bed was comfy and the heater worked well. Would definitely stay again!

This place was very welcoming. The environment was neat and clean. The outlook balconies made sunrise and sunset eventful. Although, the Arsenale stop was closed which we were told we had take the water taxi to. So we had to get off at the next stop and walk. The hallway also had a strong odor, but this is not the fault of the host and there is no smell inside the Airbnb. We’ll definitely be back to stay! The sunrises were awesome! The Netflix was definitely a plus as well

Great location in a quieter neighborhood yet a few minutes walk to S Marks, etc. Price is good for what you will enjoy including the 2 balconies and a comfortable place to rest.

Great location due to the proximity to the sea and to reach the cinema palace. Amelia, the owner, is kind and extremely helpful.

We really liked Amelia's house. There is everything necessary for living, much more than we expected. Crockery, all kitchen utensils, bathtubs, an iron, a hairdryer, a washing machine and much more were available. There were also various games, both for children and for the whole family. Various beach accessories were also. There were bicycles, but we did not use them, because we had a public transport pass. The sea is directly across the road, but the beaches nearby are paid. We went to the city beach Blue Moon, which is a few stops by bus (about 25 minutes walk). Vaporetto to Venice ply quite often. We got the keys to the house from the cleaning lady at home. Pleased with a small terrace with sunbeds and chairs, where children could spend time outside the house. The area is quiet, it was very comfortable at night. Having an air conditioner is also a good advantage. The store is not near the house, but not far. Staying in the house of Amelia and on the island of Lido we were very pleased. A great option to watch Venice, but live in a distance from the hustle and bustle and have a great time on the beach.

The cottage is very nice, in a quiet area facing the sea, even if you can't see it, out of traffic but very close to buses and various services. Just in front of it there is a suggestive walk on the "murazzi" which was reported to us by a very kind lady in a nearby bar. The house is very welcoming and we also found some food supplies for the first necessities. Overall 3 days very very pleasant.

Amelia's apartment is highly recommended, and communication with her is very frequent

Amelia’s place is very close to the sea and to the beach: you go out, cross the little road and the beach is there. The apartment had everything we needed, from pans and pots, espresso maker (moca), tea and coffee, oil and spices, soap for the dishwasher and for the washing machine, clean bedsheets and towels, soaps and shampoos, books to read, games, bikes... even more than what we expected! We even found fresh milk in the fridge, which we thought it was very thoughtful. We received a lot of useful information and got all our questions answered very quickly. This helped a lot making our holidays going smooth. My children loved riding the bikes (provided in the garden) on the path along the beach.

Apartment very quiet and very spacious and very easy to access by public transport (bus to reach in a few minutes Sant Maria Elizabeth waterbus stop). The bicycles are not very young (the sea air naturally tends to more corrode the materials) but they allow to discover the island pleasantly. We recommend you to go to the tip of the dike (after the Lido airport) to understand the dam system set up by the city of Venice to fight against floods. All in all very good stay and Amelia via his relatives has always been very responsive to respond to our requests or questions.

The most beautiful room in a wonderful house. Lido is gorgeous and their apartment was beautiful in many ways. Bruno and Christina are gracious hosts and even made us breakfast. The room is wonderful with a veranda and a little teapot with tea. We felt very relaxed there. I loved it.

We had a great stay at Bruno and Cristina. In addition to a very good welcome we enjoyed the exchanges with them. In French, in English, they informed us about places to see and things to do at Lido. The room and bathroom (with 3 towels each) were perfectly clean and functional. The breakfast provided is simple but correct (with coffee machine available) The apartment is ideally located. Near the Vaporetto, shops and restaurants and the beach. We will return with pleasure to Bruno and Cristina.

Great little flat in one minute from the Grand Canal. Everything you need for comfort private staying in Venice. Even with Smart TV and bed lighting:) Tommy met us in person, so check in was easy and fast.

You want an experience of living in Venice this is the place. It is a few steps from a very good restaurant that I also recommend. The boat shuttle service is nearby. In winter it's a bit cool but Tommy put 2 heaters at our disposal. Nice place very affordable. What surprised me the most was the little attention left for us. Cupcakes, juices and more. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience.

I really liked the location, one block from the Vaporetto stop, I could see not only the tourist of Venice, but also the day of its inhabitants. The apartment is tiny, but it has everything, Tommy left us heating, coffee, tea, and other little things to eat, also Wiffi. The walk from there to Piazza San Marco is very interesting, but I do not recommend it for arrival, for that only the Vaporeto, with the suitcases.

Possibly the best location in Venice! A 2 minute walk from the boat stop and then a 15 vaporetto ( boat) ride into the centre of Venice or 50 minute Alilaguna( boat) ride right into Marco Polo airport for going back home. The apartment is really big with wonderful views from the large balcony out towards Venice - it was very relaxing to sit our there and see all the boats go past. For self catering there is a well equipped kitchen and a well stocked co-op just 2 minutes walk away. Hopefully we will be back with more time to explore the island with a rental bike. We visited mid October and it felt very laid back after the hustle and bustle of the centre of Venice.

Very nice, spacious, bright place with a fantastic view overlooking the laguna opposite the skyline of historic Venice. The interiour architecture/furniture is custom-tailored mid-century and reminds of the interiour of a ship. Boat traffic passing by the part facing the water and car traffic in the front of the house of the Lido's main and most frequented street is something you get used to and just belongs to the vivid live of an Italian city center. The advantage of living just two minutes from the Vapotretto-stops, where you can catch boats in every direction is a clear plus, as are restaurants and the supermarket nearby. Riccardo is a gentle host and was very helpful. All in all we felt very well at this elevated place - as were friends of us who came over from Venice for dinner.

Apartment with extraordinary views of the lagoon and Venice and sometimes the mountains in the distance! Really exceptional! The deco is simple sobre modern all wood and we liked it. Only downside l minimalist home (on the phone) and a person in charge of household speaking only Italian! But Venice is so unique that these annoyances have been quickly forgotten and the Lido remains an excellent place to visit the Sernissime and the islands of the lagoon. A special mention for the fishing village of Pelestrela ....

Riccardos Apartment is the best place to stay in Venice. The terrace ist great and the view to Venice is stunning, even from the Living Room. We had perfect sunsets everyday. The Apartment is stylish and you feel like in a 70th Movie. We nearly could not go out per un Aperitivo al Bar, because we can’t leave this place. We hope to come back soon.

The absolute highlight of this accommodation is the view from the terrace to St. Mark's Square. You can not get enough of that. The apartment is simply furnished, spacious and nothing is missing. The location to the vaporetto station is very good (2min). With some street noise in the bedroom from 7 clock early you have to expect. Check in, check out were perfectly organized thanks to Ricardo for his hospitality

This is a real flat, with all and everything that you need and a lot of space including a very nice balcony. It is quiet but very close to the central street and the ferry. Francessca and her mother are very very nice. We would come back any time.

We had a great time at Lido! The apartment is spacious, has a big balcony and is very good located.. You can reach everything by feet >> but I recommend renting a bike for one day (just around the corner is a shop) and discover Lido :)

I enjoyed my stay very much. The appartment is quiet (if you are not, choose another one, because the neighbours like the quiet, too) and facing very beautiful houses and trees that you can enjoy while sitting on the large balcony (sipping Soave). The location of the flat is unbeatable in my opinion: In a few minutes you're at the pleasant beach or at the Vaporetto station, where you can travel to bustling Venice. When you've had enough of the hordes of tourists there, you jump in the Vaporetto and are back in your quiet street. Lido offers a nice flair of a holiday venue with restaurants, gelaterias and shops. The appartment is unpretentious and has everything that I needed to spend a nice holiday. I especially liked the sleeping room and the balcony. I felt at home, as if staying in a friend's holiday flat.

We had a fantastic stay at Francy’s apartment in Lido. The pictures on Airbnb are an accurate view of the property, but one that’s missing is the fantastic view from the terrace. The street the apartment is on is beautifully kept and quiet with ornate Venetian buildings, trees and star jasmine bushes. The apartment is perfectly located 2 minutes walk from the main street which is fully of restaurants and 5 minutes walk from the beach. The main street “Granviale Santa Maria Elisabetta” has some great restaurants, bars, cafes and shops and a supermarket. We’d definitely recommend the Ristorante Granviale, fantastic food and great service you might have to book it was always packed. There’s a local market on Friday and Tuesday. Friday is just food Tuesday is much bigger and definitely worth a look. Francy was always available if we needed her but we were left to our devices allowing us to enjoy the apartment and our time on Lido. She is a great host. Couldn’t recommend this apartment or Lido enough.

We have felt very comfortable again in this spacious apartment, have everything as encountered three years ago. We especially liked the perfectly equipped kitchen and of course the beautiful balcony. But everything else is great too. The quiet location in the small street and the proximity to the beach and the vaporetto station are particularly noteworthy. We'll be back next year. We felt very well in this spacious apartment once more, especially we liked the well equipped kitchen and the wonderful balcony, where we had breakfast every morning and where we ate several times in the evening. And so we love the Location in the Little Street and the striking distance to the Beach and the Vaporetto to Venice and the Biennale. We want to come back again the next year.
