Every corner of the apartment has been designed to feel at home with bright spaces and modern furnishings. One of the most fascinating features of this house is the covered outdoor patio with a small green space where you can enjoy quiet moments and lunches and dinners overlooking the pool. An oasis of peace just steps from the central street and the beach.

It equipped with every comfort, free wi fi, smart TV, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, washer / dryer, safety box. We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available.
