Excellent stay for us in Venice and in this apartment. In particular, thanks to the welcome, the cleanliness and the location of the apartment, which were perfect. We were able to take possession earlier because the cleaning had been done and we were able to leave our luggage for free in a safe place for a few hours before leaving for the airport. The apartment is super well equipped, functional and well located to enjoy Venice without the inconvenience of the crowds. The Alilaguna boat-airport stop is a 10-minute walk and the Vaporetto is 3 minutes away. I would highly recommend this accommodation to my friends. Thanks

Paolo is a Top 1% host and it's not by chance. I was lucky enough to find his apartment for my dates when visiting Venice. Right from the booking, Paolo had great communication and was available to answer any questions right away. He provided clear instructions about the city regulations, checkin experience and details of the city to get us started. He was kind enough to pick us up, escorted us to the apartment and waited for us to get stuff for checkin. Venice checkin can tricky to navigate if it is your first time. Without Paolo's help we would've felt lost for sure. He also helped us with our laundry and returned it the next day perfectly. Guidecca is a peaceful part of Venice but has restaurants and grocery store just a few steps away. The house is much better than pics and an amazing abode for a few days. Rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well stocked Overall Paolo and his family is what Airbnb is all about. Kind, generous and attentive hosts that make your trips memorable.

It's a lovely place to stay. Major tourists sites are 15mins walking distance but still quite enough to have good night sleep. The place is beautifully decorated as the pictures shown as the description. Most of all Lu was very helpful. My flight was delayed 3times and we arrived after midnight. Lu was very patient and helpful. Highly recommended!

Our group of five had a fantastic stay in Venice. Pietro was very helpful with arranging water taxis for us so we were able to be dropped off right at the balcony of the Airbnb. There are great restaurants nearby and it’s easy to walk to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s square. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our week at Claudia's appartment. Great location, easy to walk to St Marks square. Handy shop opposit and kind neighbours. We loved watching boats on the canal from the window. Everything was clean and tidy. The shower took some practice to use but was fine.

We are so happy that we found Gino's place. It was much cheaper than staying in Venice, and Venice was a short bus journey from the bus stop around the corner. The apartment had everything we needed and was thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. If we were to return, we would have no hesitations about staying here again. Thank you Gino!

A lovely apartment in a quiet and excellent location for exploring the biennial and the city. Marika and Alan were attentive and helpful hosts, and we were extremely comfortable there! Highly recommended.

Great value for the money. We really enjoyed the apartment. We have booked it again for next year. It is located towards the end of Via Garibaldi, a lively street, but not too touristy. The apartment is in a quiet area, you can hear the birds. Very friendly welcome from the owner. We were able to arrive a little early.

Couldn’t ask for more really. The apartment is stylish old school with big windows, beautiful private courtyard, 1 min from a vaporetto stop and 2 stops from Piazza San Marco. I liked the beautiful view from across the big canal and the fact I had to use boat transport which made for a very lovely experience. The kitchen was super well equipped even had coffee, tees, pasta, olive oil etc. Federico is super proactive communicator - I haven’t had such detailed instructions and tips ever from a host. Even met his mum Angela who gave us the keys :)

Chiara's accommodation matches the description and photos. Close to the tram, it allows easy access to Venice. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Modern and recent kitchen and bathroom. The cosy and personal decoration. Chiara is charming, super responsive and attentive. We had a lovely weekend. What's more, we left the keys on the door inside after slamming it, which caused some trouble to reopen the apartment and Chaira was very understanding! Thank you Chiara!! We'll be happy to come back.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well stocked with everything. All that was missing were the chamomile sachets!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! We took our two kids and they loved every minute. There is a large area that is enclosed for them to run around in and they enjoyed the swimming pool. The apartment felt like it had just been built, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We also made use of the bicycles with seats on the back for the kids. It took about 5 mins to cycle to the beach with them, lots of fun. Thank you so much for having us. We'll be back soon.

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the centre of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

It was a very nice holiday. Parterre was great for our Sup's. There was everything you needed. However, placemats for the glass table are highly recommended. The beds were very comfortable. Friendly neighbors and everything within walking distance. Very quiet and pleasant. We will be happy to come back.
