Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Welcome to "de Hoogt" in Oud-Alblas, a monumental farm in the Alblasserwaard. A beautiful place to enjoy the tranquility and nature. You can spend the night at "de Hoogt" in the former pig barn. We converted it into a beautiful cottage, where we ourselves lived for over two years with great pleasure during the renovation of the farm.
