Die Maisonnette-Wohnung ist eine 7-minütigen Straßenbahnfahrt von der Stadtmitte (Königsplatz) entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in ca 10 Min mit der Bahn oder dem Bus zu erreichen. Charming apartment as an extension in a central location - it is a 5-minute walk to Wilhelmshöhe Station and the city center is also easily accessible by tram. In addition, the apartment is within walking distance to the World Heritage Mountain Park (15 minutes walk). The beautiful large garden can be used with pleasure - the extension has its own terrace. The location is quiet and in a village atmosphere with nearby shopping. The landlord lives in the main house.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, near Kassel and is surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the door into the forest and yet only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with children) and large groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome and feel very comfortable on a regular basis.

Quiet accommodation at (ice) station Wilhelmshöhe

My small but nice flat is within walking distance of the Wilhelmshöhe train station (the station is about a 3-minute walk away). From there you can reach destinations all over Kassel by simply getting on one of the trams or buses. The Documenta exhibition sites in the city centre are about 13 minutes away. There are several restaurants and shopping facilities close to the flat. The flat is located in a quiet side street.

Beautiful apartment with balcony in great location

Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.

Our "Bauhaus" is located in the documenta city centre - all museums are in the immediate vicinity - bus and tram are 7 + minutes away - and Karlsaue Park is also within walking distance (fantastic for joggers!). From the large terrace you can enjoy beautiful views of the city and the city's landmark - the Hercules - our World Heritage Site!
