For many years, we have fallen in love with this piece of paradise again and again: while skiing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, emerald prospecting, at the largest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml... Wildkogel Arena is about 5 minutes away, Kitzbühel ski area approx. 15 minutes Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun about 25 minutes.

Our newly renovated apartment is located on the sunny side of Uttendorf (980 m above sea level), with magnificent views of the beautiful Stubach Valley! The apartment is about 90 square meters and is barrier-free. You can relax on the large terrace or in the sauna.
