I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Debbie's delightful cabin. We stayed for two days and were made to feel very welcome whilst attending a birthday party around the corner. We would definitely come back.

Rated as “what I expected” as I’ve stayed before and it’s just as great. Spotlessly clean, cosy and quiet.

The cabin is located in a lovely area and the Debbie was the perfect hostess! The decor was very homely and cosy. Also, the cabin was very clean and breakfast was provided every morning! Thank you Debbie for a lovely experience, would recommend to anyone planning to stay.

Went to a wedding near by and stayed for two nights, a warm and cosy place, loved the warm croissants, granola and fruit.

Debbie was very lovely and accommodating. The breakfast was cute and thoughtful too and entry into the cabin was very easy!

Very lovely place to stay, as John says it is perfect for a carer and someone with disabilities. It is.very difficult to find affordable accomodation that includes equipment like a hoist and profiling bed. John is a great host really helpful and thoughtful and the space is very homely and welcoming. We will be back!

This place is amazing, in a fantastic countryside location with really friendly hosts. The annex that we had exclusive use of, is massive, so big for the low price we paid. It was an ideal retreat with everything we needed from a fully stocked library, WiFi, TV, tea and coffee to gorgeous views and plenty to visit near by. Would highly recommend this place. A great place to stay .Quiet ,private and a lovely spacious place to be .

This is our second stay at Marco & Nas place now. The location is beautiful, set in country roads but close to many cosy cute pubs/restaurants offering great food options. This time we simply went to chill, the Annex is private and quiet and the sofas are so comfortable. I like all the little lamps in the annex making it feel really cosy. We ate in, watched DVD’s and Marco is on hand for any questions you may have. Great hosts they left a special extra for us as we had stayed before. Take away menus and tips on area are all there. Spotlessly clean and a big space for you but feels cosy. Can’t recommend their place enough

It was a 1st floor apartment by the street . We have been welcomed with breed and butter . Convenient .Hot water . Provided with one double bed and a sofa bed . Quite stylish a place. We didn’t realise it was part of the house but it’s in a separate bit just off the lounge and we didn’t feel too much that we weren’t completely private and the room is beautiful and it’s great value. I would recommend the room and think that anyone that stays will have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We spent a very comfortable couple of nights at Ewa's and Richard's place. The room was fantastic, bed extremely comfortable, exceptionally clean with lots of nice touches. They were both extremely welcoming, as well as very responsive to questions in the lead up to our stay. We used it as a base to travel into London, for which it was well located a short walk to the station. Overall a fabulous stay. THank you!

What a delightful little spot! Everything you need in one small, stylish space - warm shower, comfy bed, small kitchen, BBQ grill, and amazing hot tub! My fiance and I had such a lovely time here for Valentine's weekend - it's the perfect, private place for a romantic couple's weekend. My boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay at the Shepard's hide. The hut is beautifully decorated, with everything we needed. It was so cosy with the wood fire even in chilly February weather! The hottub was lush, we went in late in the evening and it was so peaceful being in the hot water with the wind blowing around us! We also went to the Sculpture park, and would recommend the pub next door. In the evening we walked to the Crown for dinner which was an easy walk away. Sue and Russell were fantastic hosts, so helpful with thoughtful touches. Overall we had a thoroughly nice weekend and would highly recommend!

The other reviews say it all! We really loved our stay in the Shepherd's Hide - Russell and Sue have thought through every last detail to ensure it is a completely comfortable, relaxing and peaceful countryside escape with a bit of added luxury. The location is ideal - feels secluded with lots of good walks nearby, a pub walking distance with really great food (The Crown) and supermarkets, restaurants, etc. a short drive away. The hide itself is beautifully designed and wonderfully clean and comfortable. It is equipped with everything you need and there are lots of thoughtful touches such as the breakfast hamper, toiletries, robes and flip flops for the hot tub and scrabble board! The hot tub and star gazing over the bed make it really special! Russell was very welcoming (despite us pitching up late on a Friday night) and communication was great - he went out of his way to recommend pubs for the six nations. Would highly highly recommend! We had the best weekend in Sue & Russell's Shepherds hut for my boyfriend's birthday. Gorgeous place with welcoming hosts (and the hot tub was a huge bonus!)

What an exceptional host both in the lead up and once we arrived. The place was spotless, modern, comfortable and well located. There were very kind personal touches in the apartment, such as fresh bread, ham, milk, juice etc. which was such a pleasant surprise. There are some wonderful long country walks you can do locally, i can't recommend this place enough. 10 out of 10.

Martin's studio is the perfect Airbnb. This cosy self contained studio has everything you need; it's warm, inviting and extremely comfortable. The thoughtful touches such as additional breakfast items and the friendly welcome lift this place to another level. Communication is excellent, friendly and prompt and lots of additional information provided by the host but also leaflets and brochures in the studio. Martin is an excellent host; his affable nature and genuine interest in his guests bubbles through and he strikes exactly the right balance between being available if anything is needed but ensuring privacy is guaranteed. The secure nature of the property makes for a relaxing stay and prioximity to the town is another tick. The bed is super comfortable and the studio really flows well so that even though it's open plan you feel the living and sleeping areas don' conflict with each other. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to book again if I am ever back in the area. Thank you very much Martin.

Amazing

Ivy Cottage was the perfect base for me, my partner and 8-month old baby. There was plenty of room for us to set up the travel cot in the bedroom, and spread out in the living area. It was warm, clean and spacious, and the sunlight flooded the whole accommodation through the windows, which look out to the garden. The kitchen area was basic but had everything we needed. The shower was warm and powerful, and the bed was very comfortable. We’ll definitely be staying again!

Just returned from a lovely stay with Pete and Kate in the garden room. It was me and my two young boys age 3 and 5. We are between homes so needed somewhere to stay. We stayed there 4 nights and it was a lovely warm cosy room with heating, electricity and tv plus facilities to make coffee. Pete and Kate were so welcoming and we were able to use the bathroom and shower in doors. Boys also has a great time making a den the garden!

Peaceful place with friendly hosts

Pete and Kate’s garden room is exactly as described. I stayed for one night before a race the next day and had a great nights sleep! They were lovely hosts and I would definitely stay here again.

The room and house that the room is in, is absolutely wonderful! Pete and Kate are excellent hosts, very considerate and accommodating. Very knowledgeable, Pete and Kate always had insights for every need - where to go for a night out, good places to hike, etc. The room itself is wonderful and homey, with all things necessary to meet simple pleasure in life, e.g. an electric kettle for coffee/tea in bed. The proximity to great hikes and beautiful walks is an added bonus, as there are a surprising amount of redwoods in the area! For nature enthusiasts/ecologists/artists looking for inspiration, this is a great spot to see many ecological wonders and the joy of nature! Many amenities are in easy walking distance - not more than a 20 minute walk to the local Tesco, a wonderful cafe (the Lion's Den), and a few pubs. If you're looking for a rustic stay, some peace and quite from the bustle of the city, or in town for a wedding, this is the perfect spot to stay!

We’ve enjoyed our 1-night stay at Pete and Kate’s place. Everyhting from check in to check out was smoothless and it’s a grate value for money. They both are very kind and ready to help with you needs ie early check in / late check out etc.

You can expect a warm welcome at Brookside. It's a comfortable bedroom at the back of the house away from the road so is nice and quiet. The room looks out onto a lovely garden with brook..hence Brookside! I didn't stay for breakfast, though it was offered, as I'd been invited out. Pete kindly took me to the venue. A big thanks.

I stayed at Pete and Kate's place for a weekend while attending a course. They were very warm and welcoming hosts, Pete even collected me from the train station the night I arrived! The room is exactly as pictured, bed was very comfortable and there were tea/coffee facilities and a TV in my bedroom and I was able to use the kitchen to make dinner every night. We had a really lovely stay at the bothy, its a great set up with everything you need and lots of thoughtful touches. Simon was very welcoming and there was some delicious carrot cake waiting for us when we arrived. Lots of great walks close by and didn't take us long to drive over from London. I stayed at the Bothy for just over a month for a work trip. If is beautiful, spotless clean, cosy warm, well laid out and if you are an avid walker or just looking for a lovely little place to stay then you won’t find any better. Simon and Jos are both very helpful with everything and they are lovely approachable , friendly people.

This is a lovely place to stay - truly away from it all - in a peaceful and tranquil environment. (I slept better than I do at home!). The cabin has everything you need - lovely beds/duvets, cooking facilities and a compact bathroom... Open the curtains in the morning, lie in your bed, and look out on a world of wildlife/nature... It’s a true adventure staying here - my daughter and I loved it.

We had a very good stay and we definitely recommend it! It is a very calm, clean, charming small house. Everything we need was there. Very nice area to walk. Simon was very kind and he suggested to pick us up by car from the closest train station.

We stayed at Blossom Bothy for 12 days in October 2019. A good place to stay which is off the beaten track but still within reach of amenities and local conurbations. Very big comfortable bed. Bathroom bijou but clean with instant hot water. Kitchen facilities fine for a short stay, equivalent of what you would get in a camper van. We were welcomed with home made bread and jam and carrot cake, lovely. Lots of other goodies and staples provided. Very warm and cozy. TV and internet good. Takes some finding on a dark night but the instructions were good.

Simon's place is very cosy and perfect for a short winter break.

Bourne End Annexe is clean and spacious. Situated a ten min walk from Liphook station, I was at a wedding at Old Thorns for the weekend and this place was perfect. There are some nice touches in the studio. Jane was really friendly when i arrived, and when checking me in and explained everything I needed to know. Would definitely stay here again. Comfortable and spotless.

This is a very lovely place to stay. It was clean and has great showers and a comfy beds! We had everything we needed and would recommend this to any families or groups wishing to stay in this beautiful part of the country. Only one slight challenge was cooking on the double electric hob. Food did take a bit longer to cook than what we would have liked but other than that there were plenty of utensils etc. Communication with the host, Georgea, was great with very clear instructions on how to find the property. A genuine beautiful stay. This was truly a rare find and an ideal getaway for time out and to reflect or just have some quiet time with you and a loved one. I stayed alone and could not fault this cabin one bit. It was clean, warm, stylish and ready-made environment to just relax and unwind. The room looks exactly as displayed in the phots. There are so many intricate details of the interior you would be amazed can fit in such a small space. Even the shower was luxurious. I will definitetly be back out here again. Amazing and helpful host, I could go on but really this is a charm and a rare find in my books. I loved it and wish them more success in sharing this beautiful space!

A lovely little cabin in a semirural location 15 miles from Guildford. Basic, but sufficient facilities, with good wifi, TV and a fairly powerful shower. It's cosy, but not cramped. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

Lovely self contained cabin with lots of nice touches and all the amenities etc you will need for you stay. We just stayed for 1 night but found the check in process and all comms from Mark very easy and fast. Excellent location for walking or just exploring the Surrey Hills/South Downs. Highly recommend the breakfast if you have the chance. We would have loved to stay for a few more nights. Highly recommended.

A beautiful and cosy cabin perfect for relaxing and unwinding in your own private space. It’s close to pubs and restaurants, as well as lovely natural beauty - we went on a walk around the Devil’s Punch Bowl which was fantastic! Mark and Janice were friendly and welcoming, and we would recommend the cabin to all.

A wonderful apartment located right next to Alice Holt woods so very easy access to nature. We really appreciated the owner’s flexibility with early and late check ins and nice touches with toiletries and some milk, tea, biscuits etc left for our disposal. Definitely recommend!

Had a lovely one night stay at Jo’s beautiful cottage! Jo was kind enough to allow a couple of friends to visit which really made my birthday evening extra special, as did the very hot hot tub which was amazing! Wish we could have stayed longer!

My partner and I had the most romantic Valentines weekend here. It was so cozy with the log burner as Storm Dennis raged outside! That didn't stop us from using the hot tub too, It has some lovely lighting for a dip in the late evening. Thank you Jo for creating a lovely place to stay.

Lisa was a great host. Communicating well whilst also leaving us to our own space. The Annex was very clean & bright, with a large bedroom. Providing vegan options of oat milk & snacks as Lisa knew we are vegan which was a nice touch. Well kept garden & visits from the cat which we enjoyed. Lisa allowed us a late check-in with no problems. We had a lovely stay here.

Paula is a very friendly host. The annex was very clean and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would come back again if I travel this area.

We were attending a party locally, so decided to check out local accommodation options, and avoid driving, etc This garden accommodation really is top notch, comfortable bed, small kitchenette, all the mod cons, clean, small outside area with chairs/table. Lots of parking in the street outside. Highly recommended

Lovely little place to stay, very quiet and peaceful. I was worried when I booked that noise from the A3 might be an issue but you can't hear it at all. Convenient position for going south to the coast or north to Guildford, and with shops and a garage locally. Very clean. While cosy it's very well thought out and equipped to make best use of the space. Very clean and homely, definitely recommended!

We had a good stay in Liphook and the annex was very comfortable. Great shower and nice hot water. And plenty of yummy breakfast food on offer. Thank you!

Such a warm, cosy and well equipped annex to retreat back to after braving the horrible weather for a race nearby! Everything was perfect. Very easy to do and has everything we could need. Will likely be back again.

Susie’s annex is very private, brilliantly equipped and perfectly situated near excellent gastro pubs, walks and is very close to the station. A lovely countryside get away!

Michele's barn in Thursley is a stunning, welcoming place to stay. Everything you might need to enjoy your time away from home has been thought of. Michele was quick to respond to the booking email and the directions were easy to follow. I would thoroughly recommend booking.

Myself and my partner had a wonderful stay at this property. It was the perfect getaway for our anniversary with our dogs. Lots of beautiful walks and dog friendly pubs nearby. Our host went above and beyond ensuring our stay was lovely, including little finishing touches such as prosecco! Greatly appreciated :P

A beautiful place with really nice views on rolling hills and forest. It was great to relax in front of the fire place in the evening and listen to the birds in early morning.

We had a lovely couple of nights stay here. It’s in a great location close to the local pub and shops. Very private with gorgeous views across the valley. Prompt communication from Rachel and self check in made it all very stress free.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at The Look Out. It is even better than the photos suggest. Despite storm Dennis, we were perfectly comfortable with the log fire, Netflix and local Chinese takeaway keeping us happy! We managed to do a nice hour long walk in the local countryside before the rain came. Perfect for a couple who want a quiet break away. Book it now!

A little gem of a place. The photos do not do it justice. Lots of space and done to a high standard, excellent modern facilities with lots of lovely touches. Excellent communication from host and checked regularly that all was well. Situated in Grayshott village but far enough from the road to hear nothing but nature. Lovely views of the valley. Great location for walking , both from the accommodation and a short drive to the Devil's Punch Bowl . Nicely situated, was able to drive easily to locations in Sussex, Hampshire ,Surrey . The village itself has good local shops , so you don't to drive everywhere. Has a local pub which does good food etc . All in all a lovely place and a great holiday location.

A perfectly proportioned and comfortable tiny house. Much bigger space than in the pictures. Despite stormy weather outside , the space was cosy with warm fireplace, added heating and soft furnishings. Nearby to Waggoners Wells and The Devils Punchbowl, great views at both . Highly recommended.

A perfect little escape, very easy to get to off the motorway. The supplies for breakfast were ideal, and honestly, gave us no reason to leave!

A roomy modern self contained annexe with plenty of parking and well equipped. We enjoyed the location. Very close to the Devil's Punchbowl. The Sculpture Park at Churt is a MUST!!

I booked this Air B&B for my parents who came to visit me and they had a lovely time there! The location was really good and also very good value for the price. The kitchen was quite complete with a big fridge, mini wine cellar and dishwasher. We also enjoyed cosy evening on the convertible sofa and the very big TV. The Netflix account on the TV was a nice addition. We all felt at home and hope to be back soon thank you very much for the stay Maria. Only down side was the heating. We did not quite figure out how the timer worked and the heating would turn off every night so the morning were a bit cold but appart that we had a great time.

This is a really beautiful place to stay. The location was perfect for me and we were driving to the South Downs for a race the following day You can walk to the local pub which takes about 11 mins. The roads are well lit so down worry about it being to dark or dangerous to stay out late! The property itself is very open plan which is great for a group having a weekend away together Just bear in mind there is only one bathroom which is upstairs adjust to the bedroom. And the bedroom upstairs has no door to the downstairs area so if you aren’t all planning to go to bed at the same time it could be noisy (personally I can’t see this being a big issue as the bedroom down stairs does have a door so early sleepers can have that room). If some in the downstairs bedroom needed the loo in the night you’d have to walk through the upstairs bedroom to get to it. I would absolutely stay here again we had a brilliant time in a wonderful property.

The Air bnb was good - kitchen area well equipped and easy to use.

The Annexe was the perfect location for our visit to the South Downs. The house was wonderfully clean and tidy and our daughter very much enjoyed the box of Lego. The bed was extremely comfortable so we had a great nights sleep. Maria was a great host and was quick to respond to any messages. Would definitely stay again if we were to go back to that area.

Beautiful shepherds hut and hot tub, in a very peaceful location. Lovely to sit in the hot tub and watch the pigs, chickens and goats.

What a beautiful place! Absolutely lovely to wake up & see the pig, chickens & goats outside your front door with a beautiful back drop! We went on loads of lovely walks around the devils punch bowl & our tour around the farm with Lucy absolutely made our visit! Super cosy sitting in the hot tub of an evening with a log fire afterwards. The perfect stay thank you so much!

Meeting Teresa, Emily and the family as well as the animals made this trip super special. Especially meeting the new born calf and giving him a cuddle. We had a wonderfully relaxing time and enjoyed hiding inside the hut, cosy and warm, while it was stormy outside. We will definitely be back.

The Sheppard hut is very clean with nice views from the door and the surrounding country side is a short walk away the hottub is the perfect place to watch the farm and day go by with views of the valley below.

Our second stay with Teresa, had a great time again. The hut and hot tub are great and located a short walk from a nearby pub for dinner.

My partner and I have just returned from a beautiful weekend. We could not have asked for a better weekend. The Shepherds Hut was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. A beautiful stay at the Shepards Hut. Teresa couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hut itself was clean and had everything you could need. The log burner is a great touch! Waking up to the farm animals on your doorstep is a lovely start to the day, as is a dip in the hot tub! Cant wait to come back!

This is without a doubt one of the best Airbnb's me and my partner have ever stayed in. The Shepherd's hut is the perfect getaway for two. The place is gorgeous, clean and tidy. The wood fire and hot tub are wonderful. Teresa and her family are the perfect hosts and we visit again in a heartbeat!

We’ve just got back from spending 2 nights in the Bramley pod for part of our minimoon. It was so peaceful and lovely to get away from it all. I’m not a fan of camping, so the pod and hot tub felt just like a country glamping trip with a super comfy bed, lots of amenities and a brilliant host who bought us more wood for the fire just by us dropping a text. Would highly recommend for couples who want to connect and don’t miss out on sharing a glass of champagne in the hot tub under the stars. Lovely!

Small but perfectly formed and even at the end of October in the wind and the rain so comfy and cosy. And the wood fired hot tub was a lovely extra special feature to make a relaxing get away a little bit special.

Second time we have stayed here and can not fault it, communication is excellent and nothing is too much. Location is perfect and has lovely pubs nearby if you wish to venture out. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet weekend away.

Amazing host told us all the good places to go for food and things to do around town. The pod was beautifully presented and really cosy for a weekend away, even though it was raining the hot tub was a really good bonus, will definitely be visiting again!!

Great place for some escapism

This was our seconds time staying at one of Lisa’s Pods. Once again we had a great stay. Hot tub was perfect, comfy bed and great amenities. Do yourselves a favour. Come and stay and leave all your technology behind and enjoy the view!

Situated in a lovely location, with walks in the beautiful scenic woods close by or a short drive to a National Trust. The little cottage is perfect for a family of four who want to get outdoors and then come back and have the amenities/room for the parents to relax while the kids are asleep in their room. Jane is a lovely welcoming host, it was a very pleasant stay!
