The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the beautiful old town. You find in few minutes to foot numerous ✔Cafés ✔Restaurants & ✔Shops. The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

The attic apartment is newly renovated and fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment also invites you to a longer stay. It is only 100 m from the Neckar promenade. Bakers, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The Neckar Valley and the vineyards invite you to hike and cycle. The view from the apartment is directed to the old town and the castle of Bad Wimpfen. It's definitely worth a visit!

The granny flat is furnished and will be rented for the first time in 2026. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small dishwasher. In the bathroom, there is a washer-dryer, and towels are provided. Wi-Fi/LAN with 1000 Mbps fiber optic connection is available. There is underfloor heating everywhere. A private parking space is available right in front of the entrance.
