It takes from 10 mins to get to/from the train station and from 12 mins to/from the Gatwick Airport. - sockets with USBs, don't need to worry about adaptors :) - free coffee/tea on the kitchen - big garden - Wifi - free parking - smoke-free home - EV charger (if you want to use it we charge 35p/kw just to cover electricity)
